Event tickets
I love to socialize in different ways. It could be attending a wedding, music shows, any other entertainment events and so on. My most fear is usually stampede, pandemonium, long queues trying to buy ticket and the rest. An important music show I wanted to attend failed due to my inability to secure ticket on time. A friend who attended it later told me how he went about. He actually secured his ticket through the services of Eventim. I have since aligned myself by also buying all my event tickets from Eventim. So far, Eventim have been reliable, transparent and professional in handling ticket related matters. If they can satisfy me regarding my ticket needs, I believe they can satisfy you too. I therefore recommend them to anyone who needs tickets for events.
Ticket purchase for Peter Kay event
I recently bought tickets for a Peter Kay event happening in November this year. Unfortunately, my husband's health took a bad turn, so we couldn't make it to the event. I contacted customer service and spoke to a lovely person named Billie. She was extremely helpful and understanding, ensuring that we could still attend the event despite our situation. Thanks to Billie's efforts, we got new tickets in a better area and a full refund for the original ones. The care and compassion shown by Billie and the rest of the customer service team was truly impressive. It's rare to see such dedication and kindness nowadays, and we are so grateful for their help.
Early bird ticket purchase
I recently bought some early bird tickets for an event at this venue and I was really happy with how it all went. Even though most of the best seats were already gone, I managed to get some pretty good ones. One thing I really like about this place is that the seats you choose and pay for are actually kept for you, unlike at other venues where they sell too many tickets and some people end up with nowhere to sit. It's so annoying to turn up early and still not have a proper seat to watch the event from. The way tickets are sold at Eventim Apollo is really fair and clear, and that's something that stands out to me.
Warm up gig in a small venue
I went to a brilliant warm-up show in a cosy little venue the other day. It wasn't a long journey for me, but I met some fans who had travelled over 5 hours just to be there! It's a shame that the local businesses weren't ready for the event, they could have made so much money. But even with that, I would definitely go again as I like smaller venues more than bigger ones in towns. I'll also think about using that ticket service again.

I was so disappointed with those extra "booking & admin fees" they tacked onto my ticket when I bought it. When I got to the checkout, I saw they'd lumped on more than £10, which just seemed like a total rip off to me. It was annoying to see that more than a third of the ticket price was going towards these fees that didn't seem necessary. What really got to me was that there was no explanation or reason given for why these extra charges were there. I didn't get any help or advantage from paying those fees, so it felt like they were just trying to grab some extra cash from me.
Frustrating ticket purchasing experience
This ticket buying experience has been so frustrating, I can't even tell you. There were no tickets at first, then suddenly they magically appeared back in stock. But then, the quantity button messed up and I could only buy one ticket. And to top it off, when another ticket showed up it was in a different section and got taken before I could even react. Just my luck, right?

Buying multiple tickets for the same gig at different times was a nightmare. I had to fork out extra cash for each e-ticket and then pay even more for separate delivery charges. It's definitely easier for the ticket seller, but it's a huge hassle for us customers. Remember the good old days of simple paper tickets that made going to gigs a breeze? It's time to bring back that classic convenience and simplicity instead of dealing with all this modern digital chaos.
Electronic ticket purchase
I bought some tickets online from this website and they added on extra delivery fees, as well as the usual transaction and venue fees. It seems weird to charge for delivery when the tickets are electronic and don't need to be physically sent out. It just feels like they're trying to squeeze more money out of us and it's really annoying. Plus, the Eventim app is a bit of a nightmare to use - it's clunky and hard to get around. They need to do something about it!

Ticket fees
I was really disappointed with the crazy high fees I had to fork out when buying tickets on this platform. I fancied getting tickets for this event, but when I saw the total cost with booking fees, venue fees, processing fees, and delivery fees added on, I thought it was way too much, so I just decided to give up on buying them altogether. The fees ended up being a big chunk of the actual ticket price, which made the total cost much more than I expected. I know fees are a normal thing in the ticket business, but I reckon this platform was going overboard with the amount they were asking for. I felt like I was being ripped off, so I took my custom somewhere else in the end.
Tickets for an event
I thought the website was really easy to use and the ordering process was simple. But I was a bit annoyed when I found out about some extra charges at the checkout. I can't wait for the tickets to arrive so I can go to the event. I also liked that they had suggestions for local places to stay, which I ended up booking for my trip.
