    Photo printer and scanner purchase

    I recently placed two different orders at this shop, one for a photo printer and the other for a scanner, both of which I really needed quickly. I was really pleased with how fast the delivery was because it came on time, and I got updates from the courier the whole time, which was great. I did have to send a few emails to customer service to double-check if one of the items was in stock, but they got back to me quickly and were really helpful. Overall, I thought the service was really good and the prices were fair, so I got good value.

    Monitor purchase at a discounted price

    After reading some bad reviews, I was a bit worried, but I still went ahead and bought a monitor from the online store because it was much cheaper than in local shops here in the UK. To my surprise, everything went really well. The customer service team was great - they sorted out a small problem with my email address quickly so I could get my invoice and tracking details without any hassle. The monitor arrived really quickly, and I'm so happy with it.

    I ordered a camera lens on 28/11/2021 and was hoping it would be sent out quickly. Unfortunately, I was let down when the order was sent back to the seller because of an address problem, which has delayed me getting the item. I reached out to customer service a few times asking for a refund, but I haven't got anywhere. Despite my efforts, I still haven't heard back from them. The lack of communication and the fact I haven't been given a refund has really annoyed and disappointed me. I really recommend not using this company, as my time with them has been nothing but unpleasant.

    I can't understand why some people are hating on Photospecialist - it's amazing! I've been shopping there for 3 years and never had any issues. The prices are great, especially during discount periods. I recently bought a Smoke Genie on special offer and saved a lot compared to other stores.

    I got this really awesome camera and it came really fast and in perfect condition, even though I haven't taken any pictures with it yet! I did have a little issue with a discount code and my delivery address on the website, but the customer service people were really helpful and sorted it out quickly.     Video camera

    I bought a video camera that broke down before the 2-year guarantee was up. When I got in touch with customer service for help, they told me to send it back to an address in the Netherlands but didn't give me a label. So now the courier is having a hard time contacting them because they only gave a UK number. And on top of that, they won't give another number or help the courier at all. Their phone number hardly ever works, so it's really tough to reach them for any kind of help or support.

    I purchased a really pricey lens from them and it ended up getting lost in the post! I got in touch with customer service and they began looking into it with the delivery company. But they've gone silent on me now, it's been more than 10 days and there's been no updates. I'm feeling let down and just want a refund!

    I've had a mixed experience with PhotoSpecialist. I decided to buy 2 magmod kits from them thinking it would save me some money. However, the whole process wasn't smooth at all. Like many others, I didn't get an automatic email or tracking number. I had to chase them up multiple times just to find out what was happening with my order. Eventually, I got an email saying there was a delay at customs with UPS. I had to ring them several times to make sure my package was sent to the right post office. When it finally arrived, I was shocked to see the packaging was all broken and damaged. The contents could easily have gone missing or been damaged if they were delicate, like a camera or lens. Luckily, the magmod kits were fine because they were plastic and silicone.

    lack of response and poor customer service

    This company's customer service is absolutely dreadful. I've been trying to reach them for days, even weeks, about my order and haven't heard a single word back. I even asked for a refund, but still nothing. Despite sending numerous follow-up emails, they haven't addressed my concerns or offered any help. Dealing with this lack of professionalism is frustrating and disappointing.

    I tried to place an order on your website, but I had some trouble with the address part of the form. When I tried to enter my address, one of the boxes wouldn't let me type anything. I tried putting the information in different boxes, but the form kept saying that field needed to be filled, even though I couldn't do it. I got frustrated with this issue and ended up not completing the order. Dealing with faulty order forms is just a waste of time nowadays.

    My experience buying a monitor from this company was really disappointing. The monitor I got didn't come with a UK power supply, which was important for me to use it. After some discussion, we agreed that I should send the monitor back for a full refund. They gave me a label for free return, but unfortunately, the label was wrong, so the monitor got stuck at a UPS facility in the Netherlands. I was frustrated by the company not helping with UPS, and I had to spend 2 weeks calling and emailing UPS to get the monitor back. But it didn't end there - I've been asking for my refund since I returned the monitor, but I haven't had any replies to my emails. The customer service in this situation was totally unacceptable and has left me feeling really unhappy.

    I had an amazing experience with this company. Even though I read some not so great reviews about slow deliveries, I thought I'd give them a shot and I was really happy with what I got. The delivery was really quick, the camera was just what I was looking for, and the price was spot on. The team, especially Piero, were great with their communication and made everything run really smoothly.
