Canvas prints, towels, and blankets
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a good few years now and I've always been really impressed with the quality of their products. I've had a few photo prints on canvas from them now, and honestly, they've been pretty good. The quality is spot on, and the colours match up nicely with the originals. The only downside is that the prints on towels weren't as great, but that doesn't bother me too much. I bought loads of canvases from this place and they were really great. They were also really affordable. I just wish the address labels were a bit bigger though.

Framed Print for Dad's Birthday
I got my dad a framed print for his 90th birthday. I ordered it online and it was really simple. However, when it arrived, the frame was completely broken. I felt so upset 😞 I contacted customer service and they were very apologetic. I sent them photos of the broken frame and they immediately sent me a replacement. I was so pleased! 🎉
Great picture

Canvas prints - top quality
I was a bit unsure about getting canvas prints because I'd seen some not-so-great ones in the past. But, I took a risk with this company and I'm really pleased that I did. The prints were really nice quality and the service was brilliant. I've now got all 5 prints up on my wall and my friends have already given lots of compliments on them.
Acrylic print purchase
I bought a 300mm x 400mm acrylic print for a portrait, hoping for it to be clear and sharp. However, when I got it, I saw that it was a bit grainy and pixelated, which was disappointing because I had given them a really good quality file (40MB, 318 pixels).
Slow production time
I was really looking forward to ordering from this company, but my excitement soon turned to frustration when I found out that it takes them more than a week to even start making the orders. When my items finally arrived, I had almost forgotten that I had ordered them.
Eighth purchase
This is my eighth time ordering from this website, and I absolutely love it! The photos always turn out really clear and the packaging is excellent. None of my items have ever arrived damaged, which is great. It's like magic! I'm always really pleased with how my pictures look and how quickly they arrive.
Bought a cushion to remember my husband
I recently ordered a cushion in memory of my husband who passed away quite some time ago. It's a lovely cushion that really makes me feel as though I can give him a big hug. I want to say a big thank you for this special item - it means a lot to me.
Slow dispatch and delivery
I recently ordered something from this company and I must say, the whole process was a bit of a let down. I placed my order on the 27th of May, factoring in the bank holiday delay. But to my surprise, it wasn't until the 30th of May that I got the message saying my item had been sent out. By the 6th of June, I still hadn't got hold of my parcel and the tracking system was not showing any updates. When I got in touch to ask what was going on, they told me there had been a problem with their internal scanning causing the delay. This lack of efficiency in their system really isn't on, especially when they couldn't give me a proper solution or reason for the hold-up. I've also got my suspicions that they aren't fully based in the UK, which makes me question how reliable and legitimate their services actually are.
