Groceries
I've been a customer of Bother for the last 4 months. All the deliveries were always on time, complete (no stupid substitutes!) and as I kept making orders, the ordering process have been becoming more and more easy, because my usuals just kept popping into my box and I only had to approve it (without looking for it).
I grew to rely on Bother until yesterday, when a big problem with delivery happened. My box was delivered to a wrong address and was damaged beyond saving (2 cartons of milk spilled out, soaking everything else and ruining the other items). I was really upset about the whole situation and contacted Bother to sort it out. They were amazing. I mean – AMAZING. They replied within 3 minutes, processed a refund in under 10 minutes and organised for a delivery (free of charge!) of all the damaged and misdelivered items, and went over and beyond to make sure this time it went to the correct address. I cannot praise Bother enough.
There is a Polish saying that good friends you recognise in troubles. Well, there were some troubles, and Bother went though it with flying colours, without missing a bit and making me trust them and rely on them even more. Well done, guys! I've recently bought something from the website and I was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered and how well it was packaged. The website was easy to use, so ordering was a breeze. However, my advice would be to always check your basket before you confirm your order because once it's placed, you can't make any changes due to the speedy delivery service.
I also had a bit of trouble when I added things to my basket without signing in. When I eventually did sign in, my current basket was lost if there was a previous one, even if it was old or only had one item. It was a bit frustrating and inconvenient.Groceries with lengthy expiry dates
I recently bought some groceries from this online store that had long expiry dates. I was really happy with the prices - they were even better than some discount stores. The food I got will last a long time before it goes off, which is great. I also liked how well everything was packaged and that it was all recyclable. It's obvious that the company cares about sustainability - they even put products that might spill or leak into separate plastic bags to stop any damage during delivery. And I thought it was cool that they plant trees when you shop, showing that they care about the environment.
Online shopping convenience
Buying things like toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, olive oil, and cooking stuff from Bother has really helped make my life easier. It's always such a pain lugging heavy groceries back home, but with Bother, I can just order online and have it all brought to my door. The app is easy to use and takes all the stress out of shopping. I don't have to stress about running out of essentials or hunting for them in the store anymore. Bother is now my top choice for saving time and being dependable.
Effcient delivery, recyclable packaging, burst cotton bud sticks
The delivery was really good and on time, and I liked that the packaging was recyclable. But I was a bit let down to see that the cotton bud sticks had come out of their box, making a bit of a mess that I had to clean up. Other than that, everything else was in great condition when it arrived.
Oatley Barista
The Oatley Barista was super easy to order, and the delivery came really quickly which was great. It saved me from lugging heavy cartons around, and the whole thing was so hassle-free. What more could you want from a product like this?
broken box and squashed items
I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and generally, I've had a great experience with the service. Deliveries are usually spot on and quick, which is always good. But there have been a couple of occasions where the things I got were either damaged or squished. Even though they acknowledged and fixed those issues, my recent experience was a bit of a letdown. I reported a broken box and items that were all squashed, but I still haven't heard anything back or had it sorted out.
First purchase review
I recently bought something for the first time and I'm happy to say that my experience with this company was really good. I thought their prices were fair and they had a great range of products to choose from. Also, my order came quickly and was packaged really well to make sure everything arrived safely. Overall, I wouldn't think twice about suggesting this company to others and I'd definitely think about using them again in the future.
Great deals
I came across some really good deals on products, but I had a small problem where some items were leaking, probably because they were mishandled during delivery. However, the customer service team was very quick to respond and offered refunds. They showed real concern and seemed genuinely interested in making things right. All in all, I think it's a company worth ordering from because they have good deals and excellent customer service.
Canned goods
I bought some tinned goods from this company not long ago. The prices were really decent, which is what got me interested in buying in the first place. However, the delivery didn't go as smoothly as I had expected. The delivery driver struggled to find where I lived, which delayed me getting my order. As a result, the parcel got jostled around more than I had anticipated, and some of the tins ended up dented by the time they arrived.

The choice of food available is really good and the prices are great, much better than other supermarkets. I was a bit let down though, as my order arrived two days later than I thought it would. The packaging was top-notch, but the delay was definitely annoying.
Everything packaged and new
I was really impressed with my last order from them! They've made sure nothing spills in transit by putting all the liquids in separate bags. And the expiry dates are really long, so no need to worry about things going bad too quickly. I'll definitely order from them again when I need more. Bulk item purchase
I recently bought some bulky items like cans and bottles from a website. It was really easy and saved me a lot of time and money compared to going to a regular supermarket. The next day delivery was a great bonus too, I got everything on time with no problems. Overall, I'm really happy with my online shopping experience for bulk items.
Household items
I bought some stuff for the house online the other day. Bit annoying though, loads of things I wanted were sold out so I had to go for second best. Not ideal. Also got some damaged tins, which was a pain. But on the bright side, they did refund me quickly, so that was good.

Basket Offer
I came across this company when I stumbled upon one of their special deals, and I have to say, I was really impressed. Even though I hadn't heard of them before, their website was easy to use. The price for the deal was great, and the products were of really high quality. I can honestly say that this company is totally trustworthy.
Unauthorized membership fee taken
I just found out that this company, which stopped trading in June, has taken a £39.99 membership fee from my account. I was really surprised and disappointed because I didn't give them permission to charge me. I thought I should let others know about this unexpected payment so they can make sure their accounts haven't been charged without their knowledge.
