I've been a customer of Bother for the last 4 months. All the deliveries were always on time, complete (no stupid substitutes!) and as I kept making orders, the ordering process have been becoming more and more easy, because my usuals just kept popping into my box and I only had to approve it (without looking for it).
I grew to rely on Bother until yesterday, when a big problem with delivery happened. My box was delivered to a wrong address and was damaged beyond saving (2 cartons of milk spilled out, soaking everything else and ruining the other items). I was really upset about the whole situation and contacted Bother to sort it out. They were amazing. I mean – AMAZING. They replied within 3 minutes, processed a refund in under 10 minutes and organised for a delivery (free of charge!) of all the damaged and misdelivered items, and went over and beyond to make sure this time it went to the correct address. I cannot praise Bother enough.
There is a Polish saying that good friends you recognise in troubles. Well, there were some troubles, and Bother went though it with flying colours, without missing a bit and making me trust them and rely on them even more. Well done, guys! Thank you for being there and for being bothered ????
