Laptop

I've just bought my 6th laptop from this place, and honestly, it was a total nightmare. Just a few weeks in, the keyboard went haywire. I recently bought a laptop from this store, yeah. But when I received it, the battery was awful! I charged it up and it only reaches 40%, then suddenly dies on me. That's not right, is it? I think if they are selling refurbished items, they should make sure to include a new battery, you know? And then they have the nerve to say, "Sorry mate, the battery isn't covered by the warranty." What sort of deal is that? I am not happy about it at all!

Lenovo ThinkPad T490
Absolutely, you know what they say - a B Grade from Itzoo is the equivalent of a solid A from anywhere else. The laptop turned up safe and sound, delivered overnight in top-notch packaging. I managed to upgrade to Win 11 with no problems at all. This isn't my first rodeo with ThinkPad, it's actually my 4th or 5th, and they never let me down. If you're after top-notch quality and affordability, Itzoo is the way to go.
