PVC coated bag as a replacement
I bought a new PVC coated bag to replace one I returned last week. The first bag wasn't quite right for me, so I was happy to find a good replacement. I really like the new bag, it's just what I was after. However, my experience with the store staff was a bit hit and miss. The person who helped me the second time was really nice and made sure my new bag was nicely packed and ready for me to pick up. But the first assistant I dealt with was not so great. She didn't seem interested and didn't help much, she pretty much threw the bag at me without even bagging it. Even though the customer service was a bit inconsistent, I've given it 4 stars because the bag itself is great quality.
Bought all furniture
Next has such a brilliant range of furniture and products. The service we got was absolutely top-notch, with the staff really going the extra mile to help us find just what we were after. We've actually bought all our furniture from Next and have been so pleased with how good quality it is and how easy the whole process was. It was smooth sailing from beginning to end, and we couldn't be happier with what we bought. We'd definitely suggest checking them out for anything you might need.
Efficient and timely order processing
When I order from this retailer, I always receive a high level of competence that is unmatched. There's no messing about or excuses, just a simple and straight-forward process from beginning to end. I'm quickly notified of any changes, if there are any, and everything is done smoothly. It's such a relief to deal with a company that prioritises efficiency and professionalism. Usually, the parcel arrives at my doorstep the day after I order, which is really convenient.
Freestanding towel rail and a few other items purchased online for in-store pickup
I just bought a freestanding towel rail online along with some other stuff for in-store pickup. When I went to get my order, I realised the towel rail wasn't there. But Aaron at the store really stepped up to sort things out. He quickly organised for the towel rail to be delivered to my home the next day, making sure I got it without any delay. I was really impressed with how he dealt with the situation, and the towel rail was definitely worth the wait.
Swimsuit purchase
I was really let down by my recent shopping trip at the store in Springfields outlet centre. I went in with the intention of finding some swimsuits, but was disappointed to find out that there were no changing rooms available. It made it really inconvenient for me to try on the swimsuits, which ended up with me only buying three, and then them being too big when I tried them on at another store. If there had been changing rooms, I think I would have made a bigger purchase without the added hassle of having to go elsewhere to try things on.
Online shopping experience
I always have a great time when I shop online. Normally, I get my stuff sent to the store which is handy for me. I do wish they had more shoes for wide feet in store, rather than just online. It would also be brilliant if they had more sizes for their Tall and Petite ranges in the store too. But despite these little complaints, I've always been happy with the great quality of the stuff and the service they give me.
Granddaughter birthday gift
I bought a gift for my granddaughter's birthday. Although I can't say if it fits, ordering it was easy peasy. The delivery to the store was fast and on time which was brilliant. The only problem I had was with the email saying the order was ready to pick up in Maidstone. The email didn't say which Maidstone store to go to. It would be better if that was clearer in the future to stop any mix-ups.
Wedding shoes purchase
I recently ordered a few pairs of wedding shoes because I wasn't sure about the width fittings and colours, so I got 4 different pairs. Luckily, one pair turned out to be the perfect colour and fit for me, so I kept them. I had to return the others, but it was really easy and hassle-free. The next day delivery service was excellent as well. All in all, I'm really pleased with the whole experience.
My recent purchases
I was really pleased with how well they kept me in the loop about my deliveries. The stuff I got looked just as good in person as it did online, which was a bit of a relief! I ended up ordering a few of the same things to make sure I got the right size, and sending back what I didn't need was a breeze. The people dealing with my returns were really nice, and I got my money back pretty quickly too.
Table
I've just bought a table from the shop and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. The delivery guys kept me informed the whole time, so I knew exactly when they'd be arriving. The table is great quality and putting it together was a breeze, especially with the clear instructions on how to protect it from scratches and bumps.
Kids clothing purchases
I've been a fan of this brand for ages, especially their children's range. The quality of their products is top-notch, they have a great variety to choose from, and the prices are reasonable. It doesn't matter if it's their own label or not, I have faith in them and feel good about dressing my kids in their clothes.
T-shirt and shorts purchase
I bought some T-shirts and shorts from this shop not long ago. The colours of the T-shirts were lovely, and the quality, particularly the heavyweight T-shirts, was really good. The prices were fair, so I feel like I got my money's worth. The shorts were nice too, so overall, I'm happy with what I bought.
Credit Account, Quick Delivery, Easy Returns
The shop is great, always has loads of fun stuff to buy. They even offer credit accounts if you don't have the cash right now. The delivery is super fast and reaches my wee part of Scotland without any hassle. If you need to return something, it's really easy to do. I always leave feeling really happy!
Online returns charges
I often shop at Next and have always found the Next Unlimited service really handy, especially when it comes to returning items. But I was gutted to hear that they are now charging per collection for returns. As a disabled customer with a full-time job, I just don't have the time or means to go back and forth to the store to return things. Getting rid of this service has made shopping at Next harder for me, as now I have to think about extra costs for returns. I really hope Next rethinks this choice and brings back collections as part of the Next Unlimited service.
Next Day delivery service
I used to love Next Day delivery because it was so handy, but recently, I've been let down big time. It's annoying because I fork out for an annual fee for a service that's all over the place now. I've been a loyal customer for ages and this shoddy delivery service is really making me rethink shopping with you in the future.
Clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from this company and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. Ordering was easy peasy and those sizing guides really came in handy to make sure I got the right sizes. But, I did have a bit of a hiccup when my order didn't show up when it was supposed to.
Dress
I recently bought a dress from this shop and unfortunately, when it came, it was in a really bad condition. It seemed like someone had already worn it, it was all crumpled and discoloured. I was so disappointed with the quality of the dress, especially considering how much I paid for it. When I reached out to customer service to sort it out, all they said was the same rehearsed answer about talking to the warehouse to stop this from happening again. But this has happened several times now, and it's clear that the current system isn't doing enough to prevent these problems. It's not just getting a bad product, it's also having to keep getting in touch with customer service with no improvement in sight.
Fast delivery, easy returns
I've always been really impressed with how quickly my orders arrive, making sure I get my items on time. Returning stuff is easy too, especially if I take them back to the store. It's all very straightforward and there's no unnecessary stress or bother, which makes it really easy and hassle-free for customers.
Damaged blazer
I bought a blazer from this website not too long ago, but unfortunately, it came damaged. I asked for a replacement, but was let down when I got two more damaged blazers in return. I've been in touch with Next several times in the last week, but still haven't got a proper solution. The complaints team hasn't been able to help either, so I'm feeling pretty annoyed and still don't have a blazer I can actually wear.
