Smartphone purchase
I've just bought a smartphone from this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good the quality is. The phone works smoothly and the camera is top-notch. Oppo products purchase
I bought an Oppo phone and tablet from an authorised seller recently and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. The items were delivered in a really bad condition, all because the courier chosen by the seller didn't handle them properly. The flimsy plastic bag they used was not good enough to protect premium products like the Oppo Pad-Air tablet and case, so they ended up hanging out of the bag when they were delivered. As someone who is new to Oppo products, this whole experience has been really disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this seller for any Oppo purchases in the future.
Oppo Find X5 Pro cash back scam
As a customer who was lured in by the promise of getting £200 cash back for the Oppo Find X5 Pro, I was really let down to discover that the offer was fake. I not only didn't get the cash back, but I also had problems with the OTP authentication code. It's really disappointing for a reputable brand like Oppo to be involved in such dishonest practices, and I advise other customers to be cautious of similar offers in the future.
Find X5 Pro
I'm really disappointed with the Find X5 Pro I bought. It didn't have the OTP authentic code which was promised, so I couldn't claim the £200 cash back offer. It's left me feeling like I've been scammed and frustrated.
Terrible experience
I had a really terrible experience at this place, honestly, you should avoid it at all costs. The service was shocking, the prices were way too high, and getting my order delivered was a nightmare. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Got a phone in a trade-in deal
I swapped my old phone for a new one a few weeks back, but Oppo didn't give me the amount they promised for my old phone. When I got in touch with them about it, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem bothered. In the end, I made the decision to just request for my old phone back and not purchase anything from them in the future. It took them a whole week to send my old phone back to me. I'm really let down and won't be dealing with Oppo again.
Wireless charger and car charger purchase
I was really disappointed with my experience with the company. About a month ago, I returned a wireless charger and car charger, only to later discover through my own emails that they had the wrong email address for my PayPal. Even after giving them the correct one five days ago, I still haven't got my refund. It's frustrating that I had to keep chasing them up just to find out what was going on in the first place. In the end, it took more than a month and a half to actually get my money back, which isn't good customer service at all. This whole thing has really put me off buying anything else from them in the future. It's a shame because both me and my partner have expensive smartphones from the same brand.
Earbuds - bad condition
I've just purchased a pair of earbuds and they've been an absolute disaster! The packaging was all over the place, no security tags, and the right earbud doesn't even function. I'm shocked that they would sell me something in such a poor state! How can I report them for this terrible service?
