I recently bought six chairs from Furnwise, the black velvet ones. Unfortunately, four out of the six chairs have already broken down after only a few years of use. Both my Dad and my husband, who are both under 14 stone, managed to break two chairs each. One of the chairs even collapsed while my husband was holding our 4-month-old son, which is totally not on. It's clear that there's a serious design flaw with these chairs, especially with the legs/stand. Even though I've told Furnwise about this issue, they haven't been willing to take responsibility or give us a replacement. They haven't addressed the safety concerns raised by customers, which shows a lack of concern for their buyers. All in all, I strongly recommend against getting these chairs unless you fancy the idea of being sat on the floor!

And surprise, surprise, I haven't heard anything back from them. What terrible service! Needless to say, I won't be recommending these trainers to anyone. And to those brushing off these issues as 'normal wear and tear,' shame on you.

Holiday experience at a Scottish Castle

On the bright side, I have to give credit where it's due for the design and idea behind the car air fresheners. They're different and cool, which I quite like. The delivery was quick and the packaging was spot-on. Plus, the price wasn't too bad, making it affordable for most people.

Subscription scam
The Virtue Map subscription is just a rip off. They're saying I bought a subscription, but when I asked for proof of purchase, they vanished. I even had to cancel my card because of dodgy charges. They keep saying they'll give me my money back, but it's all talk. They've actually taken more than 300 euros from my card in little bits over the year to avoid getting caught. I've had enough and I'm taking legal action against them for not helping out and being so shady.

I recently bought a dress online from a few different shops, but one of the items I got was from a shop that isn't processing returns properly. I'm a bit gutted with my experience as a customer at Tassimo. I bought one of their coffee machines just before Christmas, but after only using it a few times, the machine packed in. I would give 0 if I could. Horrible company. Sent me mountain bike with locked fork without informing me anywhere about it. Went for a ride, twisted my wrist and bended wheel. After getting back and forth with them, they stated it's my fault and repair like this is not under their warranty. Firstly I was waiting for a month for a box from them, and After that, they say it's not their fault that it takes that long. In the end I will have to pay to fix everything myself, for a bike that I just spent over a grand from them. Customer service awful, running in circles, blaming customers for everything.
