    I recently bought six chairs from Furnwise, the black velvet ones. Unfortunately, four out of the six chairs have already broken down after only a few years of use. Both my Dad and my husband, who are both under 14 stone, managed to break two chairs each. One of the chairs even collapsed while my husband was holding our 4-month-old son, which is totally not on. It's clear that there's a serious design flaw with these chairs, especially with the legs/stand. Even though I've told Furnwise about this issue, they haven't been willing to take responsibility or give us a replacement. They haven't addressed the safety concerns raised by customers, which shows a lack of concern for their buyers. All in all, I strongly recommend against getting these chairs unless you fancy the idea of being sat on the floor!

    I've been with this company for 12 years, but that doesn't mean I should be treated badly! I contacted their executive complaints team to fix a simple issue, and they were so incompetent and unprofessional. The way they showed no respect and ignored my loyalty was really shocking.     I've just bought my second phone from Back Market and unfortunately, both devices have had issues with the battery.     The driver showed up early, like proper on time, 10 minutes before we were meant to leave. The van was tidy and really comfy, making the drive to the airport quite nice.     I treated myself to a pair of Nimbus Gel 26 trainers a couple of months ago, spending £180. Supposedly, these shoes were the answer to my plantar fasciitis troubles. Yet, after using them for just a short time on walks, I noticed a hole in the fabric and loose threads at the heels. I mean, really? For that price, I expected better quality. When I tried to contact customer service, it was pointless. The product claims website wouldn't even let me upload photos of the damage, so I had to submit my complaint without visual proof. And surprise, surprise, I haven't heard anything back from them. What terrible service! Needless to say, I won't be recommending these trainers to anyone. And to those brushing off these issues as 'normal wear and tear,' shame on you.

    During my recent holiday at a Scottish castle, everything was organised very well and I had a great time. Waverley Castle's location was absolutely breathtaking, set in a stunning environment that really added to the whole experience. The excursions organised during my holiday were a lot of fun and made the whole experience even better.

    My recent experience with TradeInn was mostly good, but I did come across a bit of a problem with their stock availability. I tried to unfollow some accounts, but sadly couldn't undo it, so I had to manually do it myself.

    Compared to another social media management tool I've used, where it was easy to spot accounts that didn't follow back and unfollow them efficiently, this tool didn't measure up. The tool promised a 20% increase in followers, but in reality, I only saw a 1% bump. My overall experience made me feel like I wasted my time and effort and didn't get the results I was hoping for.

    Being a first-time customer of organised trips, I was a bit unsure about booking with a company I'd never heard of before.     I would give 0 if I could. Horrible company. Sent me mountain bike with locked fork without informing me anywhere about it. Went for a ride, twisted my wrist and bended wheel. After getting back and forth with them, they stated it's my fault and repair like this is not under their warranty. Firstly I was waiting for a month for a box from them, and After that, they say it's not their fault that it takes that long. In the end I will have to pay to fix everything myself, for a bike that I just spent over a grand from them. Customer service awful, running in circles, blaming customers for everything.
