    Gorgeous clothes of lovely quality

    I recently bought some clothes from this store and I must say, I was really impressed. The quality of the clothes was fantastic and they had a great range to choose from. The staff in the store were really helpful, they gave me assistance without being too pushy which made my shopping experience even better. The layout of the shop was really good and easy to get around, making it a nice overall experience. I'll definitely come back for more shopping in the future! I particularly liked the selection of outfits for special occasions like the races. It's true that sometimes going to physical stores is much better than shopping online, and this store definitely showed that.

    I was quite surprised to come across a lot of bad reviews because when I ordered two wool sweaters this winter, everything went without a hitch. I really like the brand and their one-of-a-kind designs, which is why I went ahead and made a purchase. The quality of the sweaters was top-notch, and they fit me perfectly in size XS. The delivery time was standard, and overall, I am really happy with my order. The only downside was that the wool felt a bit scratchy, so if that bothers you, it's something to think about. Personally, I found that wearing a base layer underneath sorted out that problem for me.

    So, I decided to splash out on some new clothes and accessories, spending over €100 on this website. The prices were a bit steep, but I was happy to pay for what I assumed would be decent quality stuff. However, I didn't get an order confirmation, so I had to get in touch with customer service to figure out what was going on. They explained that orders sometimes have issues going through, and that they would give me a refund. Sure enough, the next day, my money was back in my account.

    I was quite gutted and annoyed though - I really had my heart set on those items, and now I've got to hunt them down elsewhere. I definitely won't be shopping from there again, which is a real shame.

    I've just had a really annoying situation where two packages got pinched while waiting for a Budbee pickup. The parcels were left outside the door right before the pickup was due, which totally freaked me out. I got in touch with customer service, and thankfully, I spoke to a really nice person who went out of their way to help me return the items despite what happened. I'm so thankful for their help and empathy. But after this, I'm thinking twice about using contactless home delivery or pickup services again, as it doesn't feel secure to me anymore.

    I bought a lovely floral top from your shop in Riga not long ago, but I was really upset when it began falling apart on its own after just a short time of wearing it.     Ring purchase, stones fell out

    I bought a ring from the store not long ago, but the stones began falling out soon after. When I got in touch with customer service through chat, I asked for a return label so I could send the faulty item back. However, they were unwilling to give me one and just gave me an address instead. After waiting for two weeks without receiving a refund, I got in touch again, only to receive unhelpful responses that insisted on a shipment number, which they could have easily provided if they had given me a return label. The chat service was not helpful at all, and the employees were quite rude.

    I recently bought a pair of trousers from your online store. I was quite disappointed when it took longer than expected for the trousers to arrive, and to make matters worse, I received the wrong item. This caused a lot of inconvenience as I had to send back the wrong item, leading to further delays in getting the right product. On top of that, I was surprised to be charged £3 for the return, even though it was their mistake. The whole process was way more complicated than it needed to be, and I had to spend a lot of time talking to customer service before they finally refunded me the fee. I wouldn't recommend using the online service to others because of the unsatisfactory experience I had with my order.

    I had a bit of a nightmare dealing with the online customer support for my recent order. The people I spoke to seemed like robots, just repeating the same unhelpful phrases over and over again without actually helping me sort out my problem. I kept asking about my missing parcel, but they just kept telling me there was some "movement" on it without giving me any proper help or solutions. The whole experience left me feeling pretty let down and annoyed, especially since I used to be a regular customer of theirs.

    Issue with iDeal payment

    I was really disappointed with my recent experience at & Other Stories. I bought something using iDeal, and they took the money from my account but didn't actually process the payment. So, my order got delayed, which was really annoying. On top of that, using KlarnaBank made everything even more complicated.

    To make things worse, when I reached out to customer service for help, the person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Their unprofessionalism has really put me off the brand, and I won't be shopping there again.

    I was really disappointed when I found out that I had to pay a 4 Euro fee for returning an item that didn't fit me. I just don't think it's fair because it's not the customer's fault if the clothes don't fit right. I think the fee is a bit much and unnecessary, especially when other brands offer returns for free.
