After the birth of my daughter, i started seeing some ugly skin development on my body which I didn't really understand what was going on. I later found out it was in reaction to the child birth. So I needed to find a solution as soon as possible. A friend who had knowledge about such treatment quickly tool me to check Strivectin for skin products as available in the company. I didn't waste time either, and ordered for cleansers, moisturizers and toners and anyone recommended. When I started using the products, I could see the difference and it was impressive. I continued and in no time, the ugly skin development was cleared/reversed. I love skincare products from Strivectin.
Recent purchases
I've recently bought a few things from this company and although I like what I got, I did come across a few issues. Firstly, the packaging of the products could be better. I ended up buying the wrong thing because the packaging was too similar to something else. I also had trouble finding a face wash I'd bought before because it didn't stand out from the others. It would be helpful to have a way to see your past purchases clearly for easy reordering. And on top of that, I didn't like that one of the face washes I got didn't have a flip top lid. It's much handier to have one when you're using it in the shower.
Skincare products
I recently bought some skincare products from this company and honestly, I had a really good experience. Last Christmas, I ordered some stuff and got an email saying it was delivered, but it never turned up. I got in touch with customer service, and even though they were in America, they replied super quickly and promised to give me a refund. It turned out my neighbour had the package the whole time! I told the company, and they had already given me my money back, but they said I could keep the products as a nice gesture. I was really impressed with how understanding and flexible they were in that situation.
Neck cream for turkey neck
I've been using this neck cream for my turkey neck for a few months now and I have to say, I'm truly amazed at the results. After being ill and losing a lot of weight, my neck was left all saggy and wrinkled. But since using this cream, it's like a transformation has taken place - my neck looks almost magical now. On top of that, I've been using other products from this brand for the past 6 months and the compliments on my skin just keep coming. I may be 71 years old, but on a good day people actually think I'm less than 50!
Makeup order
I ordered some makeup online and it never turned up, how frustrating is that?! Francesca sent me an email saying they received my money but I still haven't received my order, and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone to help me resolve this issue. It's so irritating!
Online beauty product purchase
I recently bought a beauty product online from this company for the first time. Unfortunately, I didn't get an email confirming my order, which was worrying. I emailed them right away about it, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I also tried calling their customer service, but the number didn't work, so I couldn't talk to anyone. Now, I'm starting to doubt how reliable and professional this company is. I don't trust them to give good customer service anymore, and I don't feel safe using their product on my skin.
Contour cream purchase
I absolutely love the contour cream I got from this shop. It's like a miracle product for me now, I can't imagine my skincare routine without it. I've tested out a few other brands but nothing beats the results I get with this cream. The texture is so luxurious and it really makes my skin feel so well-hydrated and refreshed.
Faulty product, poor customer service
I bought this product recently, but it had a faulty pump that made it difficult to dispense properly. I contacted customer service several times to get a replacement, but their response was frustrating and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my issue quickly, they seemed more focused on explaining how the bottles were made. It was a disappointing experience that has made me hesitant to buy from this brand again in the future.
Online purchase experience
I recently bought something online, but the customer service was terrible. I never got a reply to my emails and when I called, the recording said I'd receive a text, but I never did. They didn't even send a confirmation after I placed my order, so I didn't know if it had been processed. I needed to cancel my order urgently, but couldn't get in touch with the company at all. And to top it off, my credit card already showed pending charges, which was really annoying. It's so disheartening to face such lousy customer service, especially when shopping online.
Advanced retinol product with little to no retinol
I bought this advanced retinol product from here recently and I have to say, I was really disappointed with it. They claimed it had retinol and retina in it, but to be honest, I couldn't really see any actual retinol in there. I checked the ingredients list carefully, but there was no mention of the percentage of retinol, which made me suspicious. I've used retinol products before and my skin usually reacts to it, but with this one, nothing happened. It looks like there's hardly any retinol in their new formula, which is a shame. In my view, if you want genuine retinol products, it's best to speak to a good dermatologist and mix it with your own night cream for a more effective and less reactive result.
Skincare products
I bought some skincare products from this company, thinking they would help improve my skin. But then, I was gutted when the courier delivered them and they got pinched from my front porch. I tried contacting customer service through email a few times, but got no reply about the theft. The fact that they didn't bother to respond or take responsibility just made me feel so annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
Duo pack, neck firming cream, contouring face cream
I bought this two-pack deal of neck firming cream and contouring face cream when it was on special offer. I've been using it for around two months now, but honestly, I haven't noticed any difference in my skin at all. I'm not looking for a miracle, just a bit of firmness and tightening in my neck area, given my age. Sadly, this product hasn't met my expectations, so I feel like it was a waste of money. I won't be buying it again in the future.
Pump malfunction
I've found that the product works really well and I've had some great results from using it. But my most recent bottle had a pump that didn't work properly, which was a real pain. The store and the company wouldn't take it back, which left me feeling let down since I forked out over $70 on something I can't even use. I sent over photos of the bottle with all the dates and codes they asked for, but then they wanted proof that I actually bought it, which I thought was a bit much and really annoying.
Hand cream purchase
I bought the hand cream and honestly, I was really let down by it. When I tried to take it back after my holiday, they said it was too late and wouldn't give me a refund. Honestly, the cream was useless and the customer service was really poor too.
Wrong items delivered
I received the wrong items in my order and I've been struggling to get in touch with customer service. I've sent multiple emails but haven't received any response. Whenever I try to call the company's phone line, it's always busy due to a high volume of calls. I spent over £100 on items I didn't even order and I can't seem to fix the issue.
StriVectin products
I absolutely adore using StriVectin products, they make my skin feel absolutely amazing! The only snag I've run into is their customer service, it's not up to scratch. I placed an order for one product but received a completely different one. I reached out to customer service but as of today, 24 days later, my issue still hasn't been sorted. It's quite disappointing really, as I expect top-notch service from a renowned brand like StriVectin. Hopefully, they'll buck up their ideas and improve in this area going forward.
