    Diamond eternity ring £2000+

    I bought an eternity ring from them online and I needed it by a certain date, I contacted them straight away and was assured I would have it by the date required (my wife's 40th birthday) it has been really difficult organising special things for her this year due to covid and I really needed this to come through. I never received a single update from them despite calling them a number of times for updates. I had even offered Togo out of my way and attend in person to collect but was told not to worry. The day (today) came and went - no delivery. I had made plans to make romantic evening to present this gift to my wife, ans ruined. I contacted them as yet again nothing from them....the response from their COMPANY DIRECTOR Stephanie Tyler was essentially its not our fault we sent it on time and if it doesn't arrive tomorrow "you can return it if you like". I needed it today. "Return it if you like??" This inconsiderate **** is who runs the company, would you want her in charge of arranging something special for your loved one? I wouldn't put her in charge of the tea and coffee. So angry and.dissapointed I felt necessary to leave this review immediately!

    Unfortunately, despite the fact we sent your order for guaranteed next-day delivery, we were both let down by our delivery partner Royal Mail. Situations like this are regrettably beyond our control as due to the current restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the demand on Royal Mail's services, your order was delivered a day late.

    We completely understand the inconvenience that this will have caused and are most sorry for the delay to your plans. You were offered a return as you had said you would purchase from elsewhere due to the late delivery and we wanted to reiterate our returns policy so that you would not end up with eternity rings in your possession.

    As a family-run company, we take personal feedback seriously and our team prides itself in excellent customer service at all times. We deeply apologise that your ring was delayed in transit and we hope your wife was able to enjoy her birthday.
