Bill dispute
I had a bit of a problem with my energy supplier recently, which left me feeling quite annoyed and let down. Even though I have a smart meter, my last bill was worked out using an estimate rather than the actual readings. It's got me thinking about why I bother with a smart meter if it's not being used properly to give me an accurate bill. I've tried getting in touch with customer service about it, but it's taking ages for them to get back to me. It's not great to see that other customers have had the same issue, which makes me think the company might not be playing fair. I'm planning to take this further to make sure things are clear and they're held accountable.

Poor company adverting something they can't deliver at a price that they won't sell to you at.
After nearly 2 weeks they have refunded me. Product still on their website for delivery in a couple of days, but £100 more expensive. Cheating and unfair. Probably illegal. I just need to work out whether they have annoyed me enough that I should go legal???
