    My garden furniture set has just arrived after what felt like forever! It looks absolutely stunning and definitely worth the wait. I would give it a full 5-star rating for the quality and design.     I bought some tickets for an event at the O2 this weekend, but I was surprised when the physical tickets didn't arrive as expected.     Cancellation and delays nightmare

    My recent experience with this airline has been a total nightmare. Firstly, my flight from Edinburgh to Belfast got cancelled with no alternatives offered. I was left stranded and really annoyed. Then, when I was waiting for a flight from Belfast to Birmingham, I found out that the same flight had been cancelled again. On top of that, the flight I eventually got on was delayed for 2 hours because of a software issue. Overall, it was a really inconvenient and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise steering clear of this airline.

    I recently bought an insurance policy with a cashback deal on TopCashback. I picked this policy mainly because of the cashback, but I was let down when the cashback was refused.     I found this website really handy for booking all my tickets for my trip to Dubai. The best thing about it was how easy the tickets were to use - they were sent straight to my email and I could even access them offline through the app, so I didn't have to stress about finding Wi-Fi to show my tickets.     I've been really let down by the ear plugs I got from this company. I was excited when I bought them, but they just wouldn't charge properly right from the start. Even when the charging case was fully charged, the plugs would lose power in 2 minutes or less every time they were connected to my phone.     My experience with the airline was a total nightmare from start to finish. The first flight was delayed, so I missed my connecting one. None of the staff members showed any empathy or good customer service. I had to talk to over 5 different staff members, none of whom could help me with any solutions or basic answers. They put me up in a shabby hotel near the airport and promised I'd be on the next flight the next day. When I finally got to my destination after more delays, my luggage was missing, and the staff just told me to file a claim. This was really not on, especially since I had a young child with me. The lack of communication and help was truly unbelievable, as every staff member I spoke to just said 'I don't know.' How can I work things out if the airline staff themselves don't have answers? This whole situation left me stuck, out of pocket for a missed car rental, and having to pay for a hotel I never even made it to.

The customer service team is absolutely awful - they never answer their phones and just abruptly end the call. On top of that, they refuse to issue a refund even when they misplaced your items and you have proof that you returned them. It's like they make it impossible for you to get your money back. It's really frustrating and totally unacceptable. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop there, not even my worst enemy.

    Purchased a bunk bed. Tried putting it up but clearly pre-used and/or returned. Screws loose in packaging damaging the wood. Couldn't put it together - they had sent two duplicate boxes and missed another box (4 boxes). They would not pick it up and replace it. Wanted us to figure out which pieces were duplicates (out of hundreds of pieces of wood and screws) and return those alone in order for to receive the missing box. They would not swap because it was pre used either, they only wanted us to do that. Had to get a refund and return it which was a pain in itself as they make you jump through loads of hoops to return it... pictures, proof, then they want to take it and check it before they issue the refund. So pre used and not new, and you don't get what you purchase - a complete bunk bed. Paid hundreds for some pieces of a pre owned bed. Their customer service was terrible all I wanted was them to take it and deliver the bed I had purchased, I had to ask them so many times and they just refused. Wanting me to figure out duplicates and give those back only for me to get the missing pieces and keep all I had received even though it was used. Absolute nightmare. Can only think it's a scam it's so bad.

    I bought a corner summer house from Garden Building Direct and was so disappointed with the quality. The thin plastic windows were so cheap and nasty that they moved about in the wind. I had to pay over £200 to get them replaced with glass. The actual structure was of poor quality, with gaps between the wooden slats. Once up the summerhouse leaked like a sieve from every wall, even with sealant, and I ended up having to clad the whole lot to keep the rain out at a further cost of over £200. I got in touch with the company and they said that I should have built it more than 2ft from the fence, yet it was leaking from all sides some that were not near a fence. Then they suggested that it wasn't on the right base - I bought the eco base from them! I was disappointed that they took no responsibility, even after asking them to send someone round - which they didn't. I would have been better off using my old garden shed, that's been up for 20 years and never leaked!

    I have purchased the product from Unineed and this is my first time shop with them. After I received my product, I looked up the batch code online for the date of production. however, it couldn’t be found and showed error with this code. I sent two enquires to Unineed customer regarding this matter and questioning about whether the product is authentic and the reason why the code was not found. However, I never received any feedback from Unineed. This makes me more worried whether the items on Unineed are authentic.

    I have the same issue and I compared the bottle to the authentic capsules bottle that I purchased from Elizabeth Arden, the bottles from Unineed looked weird and the prints/letters on the bottles are messed up, the actual capsules are thinner too.

    4 days in of taking the products I started getting really bad stomach cramps, about 5 hours after taking the last drink so had to stop using it. I tried again a week later and again, after the drink really bad stomach cramps again! So definitely will not be re-purchasing!

    I also think halving your calories is unrealistic. I’m usually on 1400 calories a day plus I exercise 5 days a week. I could not function on 700 calories!!
