This fee didn't protect buyers, making me feel like I was cheated with no way to get my money back. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me to use an ombudsman service, but Jack Wills refused to mediate. The lack of investigation and support from Jack Wills and Evri was really frustrating. Every person I spoke to seemed to pass the blame, ignore my problems, and pass me on to someone else, without resolving the issue. After this experience, I won't be shopping from this company again and I'll make sure to warn others about their poor customer care and lack of accountability.

The Durrant House Hotel in Bideford was alright, the prices for drinks were reasonable, and the food was basic but good with a nice variety to choose from. I really liked the tours that were included, especially the 4 hours spent in Clovelly, it was a real highlight. However, the optional tour to Barnstable Pannier market was a bit of a letdown. The biggest issue was the coach exchange at Dobbies, Tewkesbury. It was a bit chaotic with 4 coaches, and if it rained, there was no cover provided so luggage would get wet.

The customer service at this company is absolutely dreadful. I've been trying to contact them for months about my broken machine and it's been a nightmare. It's now May and I've heard nothing yet. The way they're treating customers is shocking. The audioguide was completely useless, offering no insightful information about the places we visited. It felt like a child was narrating their own uninteresting daily activities rather than providing historical or cultural context. To make matters worse, one of the buses had vomit on it, and the other had an open roof when it was raining, soaking everyone on board. Additionally, the audio guide on the bus was not functioning properly, further diminishing the experience. The overall lack of professionalism and regard for customer satisfaction left me so upset that I actually cried. I would strongly advise against booking this tour.
