Two T-shirt multiples & shorts
I bought a couple of T-shirts and a pair of shorts from that shop not too long ago. The colours of the T-shirts were really nice and the quality was excellent, especially the heavyweight T-shirt set. The prices were quite fair, so it was definitely good value for money. The shorts I got were also really good. All in all, I was very satisfied with what I bought.
Flower arrangement delivery
I recently bought a lovely bunch of flowers for my friend's birthday from an online florist. It was so easy to order and I liked that there were lots of different choices. The service was great - I got updates on the delivery, even a one-hour time slot for when the flowers would come. The prices were fair for the amount and quality of the flowers. The delivery was quick and the flowers looked fresh and nicely put together. I was really impressed with the whole thing and would definitely buy from them again.

I was really happy with the service I got from this flower shop. The website was easy to use and I felt good about my choice because the descriptions and pictures were spot on. Flower arrangement for anniversary gift
I bought a lovely flower arrangement from Next Flowers for my parents' anniversary not long ago. The flowers were really fresh and colourful, and the arrangement looked just like it did on the website. However, I wasn't too happy with the delivery service because the flowers turned up a day late. I'd picked a delivery date to match the anniversary, so that was annoying. Still, my parents liked the flowers and they lasted for more than a week.
Beautiful bouquet of flowers
I've just bought a lovely bouquet of flowers from this place and I have to say, I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the product. The flowers were so fresh, full of colour, and arranged beautifully - just perfect for my friend's birthday gift. They had a really impressive selection of flower arrangements and I had loads of choices to pick from. The prices were fair for such a good quality product and I felt like I got good value for my money. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase from here.

I really like how straightforward this company is. They don't waste time taking my order, keep me in the loop about any changes, and get my parcel to me the very next day. It's so much better than companies that always have excuses and take ages to deliver. I'll definitely be sticking with this service in the future.
Recent flower bouquet purchase
I bought a lovely bouquet of flowers from this shop not long ago. I was really impressed with all the different products they had, and ordering was a piece of cake. Even though I live in a remote part of Scotland, the delivery was super fast. I like that returns are easy to do, so my whole shopping experience was great. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Next flowers
My daughter had some flowers delivered to me for Mother's Day from NEXT. They were awful,the flowers were dead, some were floppy but they looked nothing like the photo on their website. The flowers were too short for purpose, they were suppose to fit inside this plastic container which you fill with 2/3rds water and the flower food. The flower food would not have been enough to revive these excuses for flowers. I have never in all my 70 years received such a disappointing floral gift in such a dreadful state. I emailed and phoned next myself, I sadly had to give my daughter's details so they could give her a refund. But at the end of the day they totally and absolutely ruined my mother's day, never offered to try and send some decent flowers, but I guess we need a caring company for that. DO NOT USE NEXT FOR SENDING FLOWERS READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.

I ordered a lovely flower bouquet for Mother's Day and had a really good experience. Ordering was easy, and the size guides helped me pick out the perfect arrangement. When the delivery date came and the bouquet didn't arrive, I was a bit upset at first. But the customer service team dealt with it really well, sorting out a refund for the postage and ensuring the bouquet was delivered quickly. When it finally came, the flowers were fantastic quality and my mum loved her gift.
Cath Kidson bag replacement
I recently bought a new Cath Kidson bag from the store, as I had to return a previous one that wasn't up to scratch. The new bag is just what I wanted and looks great. The person who helped me get the bag was really nice and gave top-notch customer service. However, I have to mention that the first assistant I dealt with when returning the original bad was not so good. She was a bit rude and didn't seem to care much about helping me. She even threw the bag at me without putting it in a bag. Because of this difference in service, I've given the store a 4-star rating overall.
Gift delivery option
When I placed my order, I was really pleased to see that I could have the flowers sent to a different address, which made it easier for me to send them as a gift. It would have been even better if the prices weren't included in the delivery package, as it would have been a nice surprise for the recipient. Overall, I was really happy with the service from the company. The ordering process was simple, and I liked that I could easily send the flowers to a different address.
Bouquet of flowers
I ordered a bunch of flowers but they were delivered all squashed and droopy. I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, but they never got back to me! I can't believe how bad their service was, I definitely won't be using them again.
Birthday bouquet for granddaughter
The process of ordering the birthday bouquet was easy, and the delivery to the store was quick and on time. But, I got a bit annoyed because the email didn't say clearly which store in Maidstone I should go to collect my order. It would be better if they made this part clearer to avoid any mix-ups for customers. The bouquet was beautiful and really made my granddaughter happy, but they could work on improving their communication.
Swimsuits purchase
I fancied getting some nice swimsuits from Next, but turns out they don't have a changing room! I was gutted as I couldn't try them on first. Had to head to another shop to try them out and they were too big! If Next had a changing room, I’d have definitely ended up buying more stuff.
Furniture purchase
I recently bought some furniture from this store and I have to say, I am absolutely thrilled with the products. The quality is brilliant and the service I got was exceptional. I've now found my new favourite spot for all things furniture. The whole experience was so easy and the staff really went out of their way to help me. I would definitely suggest this store to anyone in need of good quality furniture.
Next Day Delivery Disappointment
I must say, I am quite disappointed with the Next Day delivery service from this store. I used to depend on it for fast and consistent delivery, but now it appears to be very unreliable. I even pay a yearly fee for this service, hoping it would make my life easier, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. As a loyal customer, it's really frustrating to witness such a drop in the quality of service, and I am genuinely thinking about taking my business elsewhere if this problem isn't addressed promptly.

When I got in touch with customer service to tell them how unhappy I was, I just got the same empty promises of improvement that I've heard so many times before. It doesn't seem like they're actually doing anything to fix the problems with their products. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.
