16mm cine transfer

I have to say I am not impressed with your reproduction skills, majority of the film is badly out of focus, you’ve done nothing with contrast or brightness control, from what I’m seeing you basically done what any wood by home enthusiast can do, fired the projector into a transfer unit and picked it up at the other end with a digital recorder thus the focus is not consistent and neither is the contrast, and before you say anything connected to the film quality there was nothing wrong with the quality of the film I had already been through all myself and run it through a quality 16mm projector, I have already transferred many 8mm cine films myself with far better results than anything you have just charged me for, it appears it’s the old story if you want something done properly do yourself, Money wasted in my view. I am very angry and disappointed.
