Video and cassette digitization
It was such an amazing experience being able to look back on all those old family memories. I had been meaning to get my old videos and mini cassettes digitised for ages, but never got round to it. Each Moment made the whole process really easy and stress-free. They provided a sturdy box to send in my items, which gave me peace of mind that my precious memories were safe. It was hard to say goodbye to them, but I knew they were deteriorating, so it was time to take action.
In just a month, I got a USB with all my original items back. Some of them were almost twenty years old, but Each Moment did an outstanding job preserving and converting them into a digital format. Hearing my dear father's voice again after all these years brought a mix of tears and laughter, as we remembered the good times we had together. Using Drop Box made it easy for us to get to the digitised tapes from wherever we were, which really added to the whole experience. But, there were a few downsides. I had to scrounge around for more packing stuff to make sure the little tapes were safe during shipping, since the box provided was way too big. Also, it took longer than I thought for everything to be processed, probably because of the Christmas season. Even with these little snags, the quality of the digitised tapes and all the memories they brought back made it all worthwhile.

I bought a memory stick from this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the service they gave. Video transfer service
I had a bit of a mission getting my videos to you, but I appreciate you trying to help out. I had to switch things up because you couldn't deliver the box to my hotel, but I eventually got the videos. It did take longer than I thought (around 3 months), so maybe give others a heads up about that. Despite the delay, it was totally worth it in the end! You managed to revive some fantastic memories from what must have been tough circumstances (the old film, stored in not-so-great conditions). One thing to consider for the future is to edit out the black screen parts when a tape is damaged.
Video to Memory Stick Conversion
The service I got from this company was brilliant from start to finish. They did a top job of converting my old video cassettes onto a memory stick - it was quick and easy. Video tape transfers
I got a bunch of video tapes transferred over at Each Moment. Going through all the transfers took ages because there were so many tapes. Unfortunately, I had some big issues with the quality of the transfers. Some of the Mini DV tapes had macro blocking problems just a few minutes in, suggesting their playback machine's heads were dirty. The next tape had the same issue, making me wonder about the quality checks they had in place. In the end, I had to re-transfer those tapes myself using my own gear. On top of that, an 8mm tape transfer I got had a glitchy picture and no sound halfway through. Even when I sent it back for a do-over, the same problems persisted without any explanation or fix. Seems like Each Moment's quality control is a bit lacking, with rushed and sloppy transfers being a common thing.
Photo restoration and enhancement
I recently used the services of Each Moment and I must say, they were absolutely fantastic. The staff were so helpful and the results of my photo restoration and enhancement were truly amazing. My family and I were blown away by the beautifully enhanced memories, all neatly organized in a lovely keepsake box. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, thanks to the clear instruction pack they provided. And the pricing was great too, making the service even more valuable.

Each Moment did a fantastic job converting my old slides and video tapes. Even though some of them were a bit worse for wear, they were still able to digitise the images with fantastic quality. Vintage family footage
I've just bought a bunch of old family videos from way back, covering the years 1920-1940. It was quite emotional seeing my mum as a kid, as well as my grandparents and great-grandparents frozen in time. The video quality was really good, considering how old it is, and I'm so thankful to have this piece of our family's past saved for the future.
Cine film restoration
I'm so happy with how well the old cine films turned out after being restored! At first, I was a bit worried about sending them off because they're so precious to me, but a reassuring chat with the staff made me feel a lot better. The whole service, from beginning to end, was top-notch, and I'll definitely be sending more films for restoration down the line.
Projector Films
I ordered some projector films and when the package arrived, it was a complete mess! The films were all unwound and banging around inside the box. It was a disaster! It looked like a tornado had hit the delivery truck before it got to me. I was not impressed one bit.

Large 70 item order
I ordered a bunch of stuff from Each Moment which was mostly fine, but a couple of items were missing when the delivery arrived. The good thing is, their customer service was top-notch. They were quick to sort out the problem and make me feel better about the whole situation. All in all, I was happy with how they handled it and would definitely think about using their services again.
