Interesting shop
I can't believe how they manage these all.
Recently I shifted from Sydney to London (West)
In search of services and home usage items I fixed at Ideal world. First time I visited this site and purchased everything required from spoon to refrigerator..Bathroom items to living room items
Etc etc.
So even if you do not want any item , must visit this different world.
You will love this.Copied below latest email sent in response to yet another series of email designed to be sent by ideal world lack of customer services people to frustrate and try to cause people to give up and forget about complaining....NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ANYMORE
Confirms exactly what the previous email messages sent to ideal world have stated, useless illiterate and stupid people who have no idea what they are doing and have no knowledge whatsoever about what customer services or being employed to carry out such a service entails and are incapable of thinking or carrying out any basic customer service actions such as reading a thread of emails to establish exactly what messages are about.
Until such times that ideal world returns its customer services to the UK to people who are actually capable of performing a customer services job then it will continue to loose customers and have such poor performances made clear to all and sundry of the risks that they are taking of the frustrations and losses incurred in resolving the receipt of damaged goods due to poor handling and packaging and the poorest of customer service handling. bought machine about six weeks ago used it for aout 50 minutes a day already one of the bands has snapped in two dont know were i can get replacements

Have tried for 40 mins to order this item Openpay. My account is blocked. I order a lot on line but Ideal World is simply the worse experience todate. This is the second time of attempting a purchase but my card would not be accepted then.

I think you must have the wrong company,they don't supply any of the things you mention in the review. Ideal World have a horrific reputation in the UK,almost to the level of fraud - I understand they are taken to court on numerous occassions!! Check TrustPilot, and any other review site !!
