As someone who's shopped at Ideal World before, I must say I've been really impressed with the variety of products and good prices available. It's been a while since I last shopped here, but I was pleased to see how well everything was presented and described. Each item I've ordered has been just as good as advertised, and I've been happy with the quality of everything I've received. The quick delivery has also been a big bonus for me, as I like getting my stuff promptly. All in all, my shopping experience with Ideal World has been positive, and I plan to keep coming back in the future.
Shoes purchase
I have to admit, I was really let down by my recent purchase from Ideal World. The shoes I got were really nice to look at, but when it comes to how they feel on my feet, they didn't quite hit the mark. The folks presenting the show hyped them up as the comfiest shoes ever, but truth be told, there's zero padding inside. It's frustrating when they make such bold claims, as it can lead customers like myself astray. Still, even though they're not the most comfy, I do quite like the style of the shoes, so I reckon I'll keep 'em and invest in some cosy insoles to slip in.
TV stand purchase
I bought a TV stand from this company recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. The process of ordering on their website was easy and simple to use. I liked that they kept me updated through email at every stage, from confirming my order to letting me know about the delivery. The TV stand was delivered quickly and in great condition. Overall, Ideal World has shown themselves to be a trustworthy and efficient company. I would definitely suggest them to anyone wanting to buy good products with top-notch service.
Home goods variety
I used to stick with a different shopping channel, but their sales would go on forever and the prices were just too steep. I made the switch to Ideal World and I've been really happy with their quicker sales and more reasonable prices. I've already bought a fan heater/cooler and an extension lead with USB ports, and both have been great for our small flat. Now my wife has got hooked on Ideal World too, so we end up watching and shopping together.
Great products with decent prices.
I've been a loyal customer for years and I've always had a good experience with this company. The website is so easy to use, the products are top notch, and the prices are fair. The range of items they offer always impresses me, and their customer service is fantastic. I've never had any problems with my orders, they always come on time. New headphones
I've just bought these awesome new headphones from here, but I had to deal with terrible customer service. It took ages to get my problem sorted, but in the end, a manager stepped in and helped me out. Fingers crossed I won't have to deal with them again.
BellaPierre makeup and brushes
I recently bought all three sets of BellaPierre makeup and brushes from Ideal World and I have to say, I was super impressed with the quality and the value for money. The products were exactly what they said they would be and they even went above and beyond my expectations. But, there was a bit of a hiccup with the Royal Mail delivery service because they didn't give me any updates on when my order was going to arrive, which was a bit annoying.
Repeat customer, satisfied with purchases
I've been coming back to this channel multiple times and I've always had a really good experience. The service they provide is top-notch, with clear communication all the way through. I haven't been let down by anything I've bought from them, which shows how good their products are. Generally, I think this company is dependable and honest, so I'll definitely be buying more stuff from them in the future.

In search of services and home usage items I fixed at Ideal world. First time I visited this site and purchased everything required from spoon to refrigerator..Bathroom items to living room items
Etc etc.
So even if you do not want any item , must visit this different world.
You will love this.I think you must have the wrong company,they don't supply any of the things you mention in the review. Ideal World have a horrific reputation in the UK,almost to the level of fraud - I understand they are taken to court on numerous occassions!! Check TrustPilot, and any other review site !!
Copied below latest email sent in response to yet another series of email designed to be sent by ideal world lack of customer services people to frustrate and try to cause people to give up and forget about complaining....NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ANYMORE
Confirms exactly what the previous email messages sent to ideal world have stated, useless illiterate and stupid people who have no idea what they are doing and have no knowledge whatsoever about what customer services or being employed to carry out such a service entails and are incapable of thinking or carrying out any basic customer service actions such as reading a thread of emails to establish exactly what messages are about.
Until such times that ideal world returns its customer services to the UK to people who are actually capable of performing a customer services job then it will continue to loose customers and have such poor performances made clear to all and sundry of the risks that they are taking of the frustrations and losses incurred in resolving the receipt of damaged goods due to poor handling and packaging and the poorest of customer service handling. ABSOLUTE SHAMEFUL DISGRACEFUL AND PATHETIC MISHANDLING OF CUSTOMERS.Kitchen appliances
I've just bought some kitchen appliances from Ideal World and I have to say, I'm really impressed with them. The quality is great and the prices are really good too. I especially like the new delivery company they're using now, they're so much better and always on time. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
Recently purchased item and customer service experience
I had a bit of trouble with my order's customer service, but once I left a review, they sorted it out swiftly. I'm grateful for how quickly they responded and sent me a replacement item. They also explained the payment clearly, which I found really helpful. All in all, I'm pleased with how they fixed the issue.
Bag and skincare purchase
I bought a bag and some skincare stuff from Ideal World not long ago. But when my order turned up, they sent me the wrong bag. I got in touch with customer service and they said they'd give me a refund for the wrong item. However, I still haven't seen the £9.99 back in my account. Also, when I tried to order the white bag and skincare products again, I changed my mind about the bag but still wanted the skincare. But now I've been refunded for what seems to be the skincare and the white bag, which has just made things even more confusing.
Faulty product, extra costs
I'm really not happy with the quality of the product I bought - it's the third time I've had to order it because the first two were faulty. The first delivery came with free shipping, but the replacements had an extra shipping charge, plus I had to pay to return the faulty items. Overall, not impressed at all.
Sandals purchase
I bought some sandals that were really nice and worth the money. But I was a bit gutted to see that the strap wasn't long enough. So, I'm gonna have to take them back, which is a shame because I really did like them. Maybe the brand could think about making the design better for people with bigger ankles.
Walking stick purchase
My husband got a walking stick from here and he really liked how it looks and how sturdy it is. But it's a shame that the bottom keeps coming loose and falling off whenever he walks outside, which is a bit annoying.
Clothing returns
I've just sent back some clothes because they didn't fit right. I wasn't very happy when I realised I had to fork out for the return postage, as the TV people didn't mention that. It seemed like I was being made to pay twice for the error. And on top of that, it took ages for me to get my money back, which was really annoying.
Electric Fan
I bought an electric fan from Ideal World recently, but I was really disappointed with the experience. When it arrived, it looked like the box had been opened already and had tape all over it. After I checked inside, I found out that the stand was missing, so I couldn't put the fan together properly. Even though I tried it out anyway, it was really noisy and the air circulation wasn't as strong as they made it seem on the TV. Because of this, I had to return the fan in the end.
Walking stick
I recently bought this walking stick and it's absolutely fantastic for long walks. It's sturdy and really simple to set up and pack away. The only downside is that my right hand can get a bit sore due to my arthritis, so I had to deduct one star. However, in general, it's a really great purchase!
First phone purchase
I made my first call last Thursday and was really pleased with how quickly they answered and how helpful they were. It was all really straightforward and only took a few minutes, then I got a text to confirm everything. I was so happy to see some of my old favourite items and brands back, like Emelia Bengalines.
