Shocking service. Asked for Static IP, NOT HAPPENDED. Several call's on hold for 25 - 45 mins, still not happened and now they have changed company names and think its ok to take Direct debit in a different company - which is breach of DD guarantee. Wouldn’t trust this company, no way

Absolutely disgusting thieving human beings and thats putting it politely !!!!. I DO NOT have an active sim card the one they sent would not activate yet they still want to collect payments from my account its morally wrong and these people who work for a fake company should be ashamed of themselves i don't know how they sleep at night horrible vile human beings. They just keep trying, daily, and several times to STEAL money from my account which COINCIDENTALLY is on days I receive money in my bank account makes me wonder how they know i have money paid in .... very strange and worrying

Samsung S10
Sunshine mobile took over £550 from me, telling me they still could not send my handset. Because of some payments they had marked as late. There may have been some but by literally a day maximum and some which were deffinatly on time. I could have saved and brought the handset for less. They just kept putting dispatch off. And constantly putting me under there so called reviews. They claimed late payments and refused a refund of payments because your paying for expensive sim rental and not the supposed free handset.
Sunshine mobile were also aware that I could not even activate or use there sim, as I was using a temporary old phone that was for some reason incompatible. I could not get it working and was just waiting for something more acceptable to communicate on. It was not used once. So I couldn't even get the use of data from it.
They agreed to let me close my account with them. But have since ignored my emails asking to speak to management and my requests for a refund. It has been months since I heard anything.
I have now taken steps to proceed legally and will be making sure this company is recognised for what it is. Please beware and find a better way. There are many options nowadays.contact your bank for Freud chargeback also make sure there is no "prize draw" money taken out, and please do, this company needs shutting down.

This phone took 4 / 5 months to arrive while paying £30 per week. I recently missed one payment they have deleted all the Apps off. How is that possible. I don't even use their sim card I use Sky...
because the disgusting company hides a app in the phone that remotely shut your phone off if u miss one payment

I can not believe a company like this can exist in this day and age.
Cancelled my policy after two months with them and had to pay 50% of the total policy.
Had to set up a payment plan with them because of the total amount owed.

I remember like yesterday when Danna my friend started to trouble me about securing my files. She had started doing this after I lost valuable photos and documents from about two years of work to a thief while heading home after a friends party. At first, I got weary of her troubles and I decided to save my files somehow better.

Wouldn’t let me leave 1 star. Do not dream of buying from this sham of a store. The sent the wrong size shoes on badly damaged packaging that took two weeks to arrive. They then informed me that I would need to return at my own expense to CZECH REPUBLIC!!!! To receive a refund. Avoid at all costs, as they will definitely get your order wrong, be very unhelpful and frustrating, then you’ll be out of pocket just for trying to get your money back!

Brian in the shipping department needs to get the new job, I’ve never in my life experience such poor service and under experienced staff extremely extremely rude and cannot deliver to timescales I was told five working days for delivery and 3 1/2 weeks later here we are still waiting for the goods we ordered and have paid for! Extremely difficult and rude customer service team I have literally spent over four hours of my life trying to get an update on delivery and each time I get told something different, maybe made in design need to train their staff on basic communication or are they all disabled? Avoid this company at all cost if you are one and to get your goods delivered in a timely manner!!!! The website would not allow me to leave a one star review so I had to leave to if I had my choice it would be -1

Like many others my holiday to corsica hasn't happened my flights were cancelled and I've approached the airline for a refund I let love holidays know straight away I've emailed more than 19 times sat on live chat for days no reply about my refund is there another way to contact them as I'm appalled at the complete lack of communication

Better Option
Well, my order of jogging suit, T shirts and hoodies delivered after 3 days of booking to me .Packet was partly tempered but no damage found. I had reported C2O immediatly.
Quality wize , no complain, prices are also affordable, quality of apparels was also fine.
My concern was courier people they should be care packets as best.

Truly amazing
My kid wants to spend their time with something interesting. So i bought boxes and they totally loved it. They enjoy their time with the boxes and i think this is a good option as well.
well my Daughter was missing 2 things out of toucan box but apart from that it is great
oh and today my 18 year old step sister don't blame her opened hers and she was missing 3 pieces out of the toucan box

unique yet beneficial
I dont know about the website until we planned a trip to lake district of a southeastern area, we were a new to this whole trip thing and had no idea where to go first and other routes. Ordnance Survey is the great option if you are going on a trip and you want an exact map with you where everything is given in details. I dont know about others, but personally, i think its really important to have the hard copy of map with you as you dont know when your phone got switch off and at the end you will just lost at an unknown place. so here you will get both digital as well as hard copy of maps which is just awesome.

My wife recently has gone through the pregnancy and delivery stuff, due to she started suffering from back pain and its really hurting thing for her. my doctor told me to change her diet and also given some exercise which will help. but she was still suffering from that pain. one day my mother visited and she suggested to change the mattress as its also a problem for new moms and she know better as she suffers from all this.

Saved me from trouble
Sometime snowfalls cause too many troubles, in winter month my husband fallen ill. And we are in situation where going out for doctor or calling someone ,both was impossible. In that case, I was really worried as my husband health was going worse.

single father.. perfect place for your kids
i am a single father, as I lost my wife in an accident and now i am a father of two gorgeous kids. Well, everything is fine with that but one thing that makes me I hell confused i.e choosing toys. they both love news gifts and new toys . my sister is buying toys for her kids from here and she told me to use this if i really have no time to go out and buy something for my children. well, finally i gave a chance t this website and ordered few gifts, toys and some other playing stuff. After receiving my delivery in one complete day which is kinda good delivery speed, i got my parcel. The toys are perfect in a every sense, my kids love that stufss so much and they both are so happy. one thing which i feel that i best about the products is their quality. i know being a single dad, its hard to look your kids every time and this moment your kid safety is your first priority. well, the toys are safe and materials are perfect.
