Failure to deliver tyres to fitter, in time for appointment :
I suffered a ... out on my original tyre, so had to remove two tyres (as need to be fitted in pairs). So now on Axle stands in the local pub car park.
I turn up to the fitters, leave the rims. Turn up an hour later, to humble apologies. "Sorry Asda haven't delivered. This is the 2nd time in a week".
I ring to speak to AsdaTyres. No apology. "You can't have loose rims fitted, Bud'. You need a mobile fitter.
No, we wont pay for your wasted time, or the mobile fitter. And the mobile fitter? Yup with you in a weeks time... Absolutely appalling service.
