    Terrible service

    Ordered easily. Delivery date came and went. Emails not responded to. Telephone number cut out before answering. Only 9-5pm Mon - Fri customer (non) service. No goods. Waitrose should cut ties with this bunch ASAP. Not what you would expect from JL group.
