Car parts from autodoc
Ordered parts and still haven’t arrived been over a week now, customer service are nice and easy to speak to but completely useless so pointless even talking to them, still waiting on parts and they can’t tell me anything other than it’s left there warehouse and been dispatched and they won’t refund me till the package arrives and I refuse it or if it doesn’t arrive by 14 days basically. I needed my car beginning of the week didn’t expect to be spending some of my holiday on waiting for parts as I have no transport to work or shops etc as I live alone. So really not helpful, worst car parts service I’ve ever used and I’d 110% advise people to steer clear of them! Shock service!
