Breakdown
Absolute scam!
Took my money sent docs.
Called a month later for a breakdown to be told policy wasn’t active! No correspondence, online states active, money taken!
Apparently they don’t accept haulage company’s even though it’s 3 vans

Website easy to use, great pricing system. Delivery was only downfall. Hermes delivered to wrong address so took some tracking down but thanks to Karla on live chat we did manage to do so.

personalised cake and a pug in a mug gift
Part happy with the order
The cake arrived on time although tinier than stated in size
Pug in a mug incorrectly delivered as a bear in a mug and not what I ordered
Have attempted to contact customer services for the past week but nobody has got back to me just to explain why the 2nd gift item was incorrect and to see if they could find out where my correct order was.
