Apple IPhone XR
Brand new item which was great for 2 months. Stopped working for no apparent reason, failed to ever come back on, o2 refused to fix it under WARRANTY and wanted to charge up to an additional £280. They NEVER honour any warranty. Still paying airtime on a £3 simcard I no longer have for a phone that had to be sold for parts only. Disgusting service
