    we got robbed by jet 2 and jet 2 Insurance

    Update from 29/05/2021 Jet 2 insurance agreed to pay us £ 1454.48 and we got a confirmation that the money will be sent 02/08/2021 which is almost a month ago.
    Yet still no money on my account as yet. After inquiring several times again we were told (3 times) that there was an issue with a payment provider and we will get our money withing 3 - 4 days. Still not a single penny and Rock Insurance just ignores our attempts to contact them .


    Update from 19/08/2021: we got £26 from Jet 2 as a refund (we payed almost £1900 for the holiday and comprehensive (top) jet 2 insurance. What a joke ... if you have money you can just throw out of a window, do book hols. With jet2.

    Update from 7/8/2021: still no response from Jet 2. No refund made by the Jet 2 insurance, despite having made 2 claims - my Jet 2 (rock) insurance online account states that the money was sent over a week ago to my account. More time wasted trying to ... through to get at least half of money back through the insurance , I was told it's being investigated. We lost all the money we payed for our holidays without an explanation. Still not a single word/email from jet 2 about the airline taxes return. This is outrageous. We got £0 back despite providing all the evidence (and more) jet 2 and jet 2 insurance asked for. I am also going to post a separate review on Jet 2 discriminatory
    (Felt like bullying) practices.when it come to face mask exemption for our son who is medically exempt from wearing the mask (all evidence provided - or GP made an official complaint to Jet 2 on our behalf).

    Booking reference number 8347394/S21H. Date of the flight that did not happen 2/7/2021. Despite the impressive response from Jet 2 bellow my review we are still waiting for our refund. The review on Truspilot is the only way to get any response whatsoever.

    Jet 2 and Jet 2 (rock) insurance will happily take your money and give you a guarantee that you will get a full refund should your hols. get cancelled due to Covid. This is absolutely not true, please don't fall into a trap we are in just now. Our daughter tested positive for Covid 19 just 2 days before our expected departure. We have provided all required documents and spent almost 4 weeks trying to speak to ANYONE from Jet 2 or jet 2 Insurance. We are being pushed back and forth. Jet 2 insurance has a clever way of avoiding their responsibilities by asking you for documents that the NHS or the government won't provide. The NHS isolation letter clearly stating that our daughter displays symptoms of Covid 19 and we all need to self isolate wasn't even considered as evidence, along with an email from a Track and Trace NHS professional who confirmed the positive result. Also jet 2 brushed us off stating that they could offer us 50% "as an act of good will" stating that our claim was made "out of the cooling period" which wasn't true. We then got an apology from Jet 2 who referred us back to their insurance, stating that they are completely separate companies, but we should get 100% back.
    We made several refund claims and ended up losing almost half of our money which Jet 2 insurance refers to as Airport and Airline taxes (cca £800). Jet 2 insurance states that we should get this from Jet 2. The email addresses, Whatsapp and phone numbers provided are either non-functional or refer you back to the website which refers you to the same phone nb. We have been trying to call for a few weeks with no response. This was our first / last time booking with jet 2. I've lost my hope of getting our money back, but just wanted to warn any potential customers to book with a more reliable company.

    This is the worst company I have been dealing with.
    We have ordered a few times from them, either from them directly or through Amazon and every order was paid in full by card. Each order was either not delivered for weeks or when delivered items were missing and put on back order for further weeks.
    And not, some 8 months later we have been sent a letter from debt collecting company!
    We have never been contacted by Simon Jersey for any outstanding payment. Out bookkeeping is uptodate and we have nothing outstanding to them. Simply giving customer to debt collectors without even explanation and any effort for communication, I find it outrageous!
    I tried to contact their customer services on a numerous occasions, but they dont even bother to reply.
    A week later we received a second letter that if we dont pay we face court trial. But to pay for what?
    All that company is a complete SCAM.

    They just stole it right out my account extra money that I didn't owe would of preferred the dahm court I wish I could send them there I am absolutely fuming stole money from my whole college I going to ask my college Monday to create a court case and I will speak happily in there.

    Hi Veselin, I am having the same problem they are sending me debt collectors letter for something I don’t owe! How did you go about sorting it, if you don’t mind me asking,

    Something needs to be done about these people right now. I will be starting by seeing a lawyer on Monday and I will make sure Simon Jersey cover the legal cost. Social media will be my second approach. Fortunately for me I have not received any debt collection letter. However, I ordered cherokee scrubs set but they only sent me the trousers. I have tried every available way to communicate with these people to no avail. I have told Simon Jersey they have messed with the wrong person this time. I really don't care how long it takes and even if it takes a decade I will not quit until no body else falls victim to this.

    Just to check ,how it works I started free trial course.
    I found it very helpful and then extended in Modules.
    Once I completed and returned back to Banglore India ,again kept continue it for third session.
    Now I am appointed for a high class job for an Modeling Agency
    Just fantastic and very very useful.

    STAY AWAY!! SCAM!!! do not, under any circumstances, give them your card details. You will certainly come into troubles to cancel your subscription. STAY AWAY

    I sent them the cancelled confirmation email and they refused to turn money back. I did not mean I want to pay something for only one click. This company is awful and I will never learn anything from this company anymore.

    Let's all report them, if you live in the Uk report them to Standard Tradings, if you're based in the US Better Business Bureau, we need to stop this SCAM

    All of these badly worded responses and positive reviews are FAKE there are hundreds of them on various review sites all saying similar things using terrible grammar. This company is a SCAM.

    Keep well away from this company! today on the 15th of april 2020. I saw an advert the company was advertising a FREE online course. However you must sign up to pay £49.99 a month after your 28 day trial. Now this is understandable HOWEVER it is VERY difficult to cancel your membership. They want to keep you, and ask for you to phone them and offer you other things to stay (VERY clingy) They pester you with emails, whatsapp, text and calls. I blocked them all, i paid through paypal and have blocked the company from taking any payments. Please i hope this helps anyone who has seen this advert for this company and keeps well away. The reviews and people they say they have educated are FAKE

    Keep away. They cheated me by charging for tool kit in one click without taking proper confirmation. I didn't even download it but they can't refund it. Please stay away they are scammers

    are you all entering in your card information or payment details? I haven't done so and definitely don't plan on it after reading all these reviews, but curious if/how they're pulling payments if people aren't buying the products?
