theatre and dinner for 2
I have been trying to get through and despite saying offices will reopen in September 2021 there is still automated message regarding the coronvirus however thought all theatres were open now?? Is this still the case? There seems to be no other way of making contact with this company- Have also sent an email where i received automated reply again regarding the coronavirus. This is very frustrating.

Positive are the lashes are amazing.. negatives are I order I pay next day delivery to not receive my order now this is the second time it has happened when I’ve ordered from them. I have emailed four times no response I have contacted on Instagram no response. If it had only happened once I wouldn’t be leaving this review but for the second time and no customer service to get back to me I think is really bad. I won’t be ordering again & I wouldn’t advise anyone else to if you want to receive your order. Doll beauty lashes are the next best thing.

Changing bag
Ordered a changing bag on 15/02/2020 and still hadn’t received it by 23/02/2020 therefore sent Uberkids an email asking where it was. They did not respond until 27/02/2020 informing me that my item was not going to be available for the next 3 months but have taken my money anyway & if I hadnt of emailed would have just left me waiting! We went back & forth with a few emails yesterday & now i’ve asked for a refund they are taking their sweet time replying!

Really not happy on arrival of my 3 year old sons xmas gift , this wooden bench is far smaller than it looks on the website , I will be sending it back as it's far too small for a 3 year old more like a12 month old

Good luck getting a refund Gemma. I had to go to the bank to get it refunded after asking multiple time for one as Tey Boutique wouldn’t allow me to return my item (which wasn’t personalised so was in the consumer rights that I was entitled to it) as it didn’t arrive on time. They have now gone to advance collections system and threatening debt collectors even though the money was taken back by the bank. I’ve tried to contact tey boutique but no one responses. Hope you have better luck.
