    Ziffit App to sell books and cd's

    100% Do not trust these people. I sent a number of items and by sheer "coincidence" two of the most costly items (£9.60 of a £28 trade) were "rejected".

    To highlight how much nonsense this company talks, 1 of the items was purely 2 CD's in a case and it was rejected for "missing pages". I would love to know how 2 CD's in a case can fail for "missing pages"...

    The other item was rejected for "missing pieces" that they conveniently cannot tell me what. Even though all 7 books, the map, and the box were present.

    Again, do not trust these people at all.

    Ordered a range of frozen meats

    Up until now, I have been a big fan of Donald Russell. Great quality meat and good service. Now I am wondering if there is something seriously wrong with the company. I have been trying to contact them for over a week: Phone lines go unanswered emails have an automated reply, but no follow up, their messaging service is unresponsive and their live chat is dead. WHAT IS GOING ON? They have the wrong delivery address and I am not sure where my order will end up.

    If I could review as zero stars I would, without a doubt the worst service I have ever received from a company, if considering joining, simply don't bother, in the 6 months I was with British gas, I was given 3 separate smart meter slots that were all cancelled 2 the day before and one of which I wasn't even informed of, I was left without gas in the property for a period of 48 hours due to an error and from BG and incorrect information.

    The complaints I raised were not originally logged and when they finally were, were not dealt with correctly I'm still waiting to receive acknowledgement of 1 complaint some 4 months on.

    It takes circa 45 mins to get through to anybody in the servicing team and when you do their call centre is based in South Africa where if I'm honest nobody has a clue what they are doing, I've been hung up on countless times, given incorrect information countless times, promised something that ultimately I'm told is not possible on a subsequent call countless times and still 3 months later awaiting compensation owed from another complaint.

    As initially set out, awful customer service, terribly run and would avoid at all costs don't consider based on their so-called reputable name you will be extremely disappointed.

    My experience of the South African call centre was exactly the same. I am one of the customers whose supplier has been changed to British Gas following the collapse of PFP. I had a message on the BG app telling me I had to call them. It took 45 minutes on hold for an adviser to tell me she knew nothing about this. I then enquired about possibly getting a dual fuel tariff instead of 2 separate contracts; she told me British Gas don't do dual fuel tariffs (not true). I then asked about putting my payments on direct debit. She said there's a discount of 6% for this. But when I asked if the price she quoted took account of the 6%, she kept repeating that it depended on usage, it was a unit price not a usage discount, that she couldn't make me understand or explain it again! She was also unaware that gas usage tends to be far higher than electricity in thr UK and was argumentative about every question I raised. British Gas need to use better staff. I for one , will be switching as soon as possible

    Shimano bottom bracket

    Having been put off OnBuy before, I thought I’d give them a go as the retailer seemed legit, and the item was a good price. At £15 I didn’t mind too much if it turned out to be a hassle. The item arrived on time and as described. As with most marketplaces, I would recommend some research into the seller.

    Kenwood Mixer

    I have used Currys regularly in the past but WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
    If things go to plan they are fine, unfortunately it seems if you have a problem they are inflexible and incompetent. I ordered a food mixer in July, they sent a different colour to the one ordered so I returned the item to be replaced by the correct one. They lost the return and it took weeks for them to find it and many phone calls, each in a long queue to be answered. It then transpired that the ordered mixer was out of stock - perhaps why they sent a different one originally. We were given various delivery dates that came and went so with no hard timescale for delivery we asked if we could change the colour to one they had in stock. Absolutely not was the response, because the price had changed since we ordered - even though the colour we would have accepted was actually now a lower price than the one ordered. I asked to speak to a manager - this was blocked by the customer service rep who said she knew the manager also wouldn't be able to change the colour of the mixer. We were told the mixer would be dispatched automatically once it came back into stock - the website now shows stock but still no communication from Currys and no mixer. I wrote to the CEO twice - no response.
    I'm writing this as yet again I wait in the Currys phone queue - its now 17th September and nearly two months since I placed the order. Going forwards I will spend my call waiting time writing negative reviews - at least I get something productive out of it. I won't be using Curry's ever again - I learned my lesson. With their approach to customer service its surely only a matter of time before they go bust and people like me waiting for resolution of a simple issue lose their money.

    Absolutely shocking, seriously people, do not use or order from this company. Been dealing with these since April, I have had the same item sent out twice damaged, they have not been to pick up the item, they have not paid my full refund which I have requested numerous times. Impossible to deal with them on the phone, impossible to get replies through email off them.

    These are as bad as it gets, be warned!!!

    I wanted to award 1 star for service and delivery but it would only allow me to rate it at 2 stars for some reason. I wouldn’t even award 1 star for service!
