Jacket.
My 14 year old daughter ordered a jacket off here beginning of April. Still a no show and hasn't even been dispatched. I wish I had read the reviews before allowing her to order. Im going to give them a week to refund me and if they don't im going to be looking into what I can do about this. Seems like they have been scamming everyone. I dont know how they're allowed to get away with this so easily. My daughter is going to be gutted when I tell her she won't be getting her jacket. She even paid for it with her own money. Wont be using again thats for sure.

This is my experience. I purchased from them and wish I hadn't ever seen their website. Horrible experience from the start.
Ultamodan are Ali Express in disguise. You can buy the same clothes on Ali Express for a lot less than Ultamodan.
Don't be fooled by their website. The images are stolen from other websites.
If you are reading this and thinking of buying from them please don't as you will lose your money. Save yourself the trouble and spend with a reputable company you can trust.

Great customer service
Part of the order arrived within a few days, but half was missing. After leaving it for about a week to arrive, I spoke to someone on the live chat, who immediately offered to send out the missing items again. There were with me in a couple of days, and couldn't fault the service.

2x pandora rings. Bought separately
Bought the first ring for my daughter ,she absolutely loves it.
Bought the second 2 weeks later for my niece she also loves it.
Both rings arrived within 4 days, both wrapped and secure. Very good quality with an intricate design.
No problems at all
Would certainly recommend this company.

Just had to cancel and rebook due to Covid lockdown, spoke to Rachel who was excellent, changed the dates on the booking no problem. First class service would definitely recommend. Thank you for dealing with this and all stress free .

bought a bed online under the name AAAbeds soon found out thats its a cover name for bedworld ???? so failed delivery then 2weeks later deliver at 8.30pm at night no help get bed into the house then realised when I got my mums the day after that only hlf the bed was there the support part (main reason she bought) was missing so I tryed ring no answer emailed no answer tryed fb all I got was send a email ive got in touch with trading standeds as this company dont give a dam about who u are or ur needs just want ur money.....STAY CLEAR

Double bed
This was my second bed. The first was fine (a year ago) and I left a fantastic review.
However, 5 weeks ago my second bed came with a damaged base. I called the company who agreed to give me a small refund. This was confirmed in email
I have been chasing this for five weeks. For the past fortnight on Facebook Messenger and email they have promised the refund is being processed by accounts.
So now I intend to campaign on social media on here and with BBC Watchdog to highlight this terrible practise. I also intend to take out a small claim via the courts.
If anybody is interested in joining me then please search Facebook for #BedWorldRefundhi - pls let me know if u have any contact numbers for these people apart from the call centre that doesnt answer - the main director appears to be Mohammed Yusuf ZAMAN
please also let me know any numbers you have my mother bought a bed and only half of it came shes disabled and needed a support bed help her

Order placed middle of May. No goods yet but payment taken. Have emailed and phoned but no success. Phone calls not being taken and email responses are automated saying, due to number of emails being received will take 10 days to respond?
I have also asked for an immediate refund.
The company should not be trading if they cannot supply the goods .The current Covid crisis is not an excuse as all other on line orders I have placed have been supplied and delivered within the times given.Review about: Next Flowers
Lipsy flowers
Why did I not read the reviews?! Ordered the most beautiful flowers to be delivered to my daughter in celebration of her Nursing degree and she received a horrible bunch of flowers that were bashed and looked absolutely nothing like those on their website. Phoned Next immediately who couldn't apologize enough, full refund given so I'm happy with their resolution but will NEVER order flowers from Next again! I'm a long standing customer and very disappointed!
UPDATE - Having now read through a few pages of reviews, I cannot believe how many customers are receiving flowers that don't match the pictures on the site! These photos are hugely misleading and it's scandalous that Next are allowed to get away with this. Flowers are mostly sent as a gift and this is obviously causing no end of embarrassment/disappointment to the buyer and recipient. This is an absolute disgrace Next!I received flowers for mothers day I was not happy some were ok some died a day later I wold not recommend next

Really , I recently ordered skiwear from skiwear 4u.com. and its fantastic. There is one thing that I was looking for a long time.
