    My family, including an 8 month old baby, is self-isolating. We need food and medication. Two evenings in a row now Tesco has failed to deliver our essential supplies with no explanation. If you manage to press the right combination of buttons to get through to a human, they empathise, placate, offer you a £10 voucher (an insult) and suggest you try tomorrow. I did. Same thing.
    We are now almost out of supplies, promises that the manager will fix it and call back always come to nothing. I waited 2 hours yesterday AND this evening and nobody called back. There is no way on the website to file a complaint (surely that’s not legal?) It certainly speaks volumes about their self-confidence. Even the feedback button just takes you back to the shopping window.
    Covid has been around for 18 months now, are you telling me that in all that time Tesco are incapable of constructing a back-up plan? Ineptitude at its finest. But worse, we are now left with very few supplies and medication so they are actually endangering people’s lives with unreliability. 43 years I've been shopping at Tesco, and this is the thanks I get. We are tired, hungry, in pain and at our wits end and it is all Tesco's fault. I shall be putting a review on Trustpilot to suggest people self-isolating should avoid you to save their lives. I would like to leave a zero stars review but they seem to have assumed their service can't be that bad. IT IS!
