Have used this company on a number of occasions with no issues. Placed a decent order in January for over £100 - 3 weeks later it's still not here, and they've ignored 3 emails, a Facebook message and a website chat box. If you look at their Etsy account - lots of 1 stars for orders not arrived. Such a shame as I'm a small business trying to support their small business but they show no respect or support back by ripping you me off. Suggest you avoid this company at all costs as looking by the other reviews here, they will take your money and not deliver the goods anymore. Such a shame. I will be contacting my credit card company today to put a hold on the funds.

Bull shit company I ordered a table screw missing and led light was broken and already attached to the table basically it was someone return they gave to me anyway I emailed them nothing still happen they gave some courier number called them and booked a pick up it’s been 7 days still waiting for courier tried calling them again they don’t even pick up the phone completely rubbish company don’t order anything from these lot.

Lay zaps replacement motor/pump
Pre ordered the pump that said expected stock on 18/5/20 so to be honest thought that it would’ve weeks and weeks later given the demand for spas at the moment but reviewed an email on the 17th to say it was in stock , received an email from delivery company on 18thto day they had it to deliver and it was in my garden on the 19th! Had an issue that seals were missing so thought o dear here we go, sent an email they replied straight away to say it would be sorted received an email from best way the next day apologising and the seal arrived next day, superb all round thank you will definitely use again great product and excellent customer service 5 ***** all round

Reliable point for bikes
Excellent collections

Saracen 20" nice fittings,strong but light in weight, color is also very good.
Price wise I found 3 to 7 pounds different from normal market .

Same experience for me unfortunately. Mine was a much smaller order (£15) but none the less. I've had 1 problem with them before in the past but after a few weeks they did finally send the order as well as a freebie, but I find myself in the same situation again. Its been 3 weeks since I ordered, and they've not replied to any of my emails. I want to support them as I really like their products, but their service is absolutely non existent.
