Awful company. I am a social worker supporting a vulnerable client and you have not only taken hundreds of pounds of her money, I have spent literally hours on the phone to you trying to resolve this. Your customer services and collections teams have been unhelpful and unkind, and have refused the only affordable repayments she can manage. You have left her without money to buy food, gas and electric and are continuing to hound her with emails every day. It is truly shocking.
