    Hotel Booking at Booking.com

    Booking.com is not bad place to find cheap accommodation but looks like they do not do any due diligence before adding any property in their database. which leads travelers having no option but take the loss.
    I have been victim of that and had to bear the loss of not only the time and money but also my son had an accident at their recommended 4 star Hotel, Hotel & Spa Villa Olimpica Suites, Barcelona. Complained to Booking.com as well as the property and the result was, we wasted our holidays and ended up staying in the hotel and could not visit any places.
    The Property Response: Good afternoon Muhammad. We regret that the unfortunate incident with your son has not allowed you to fully enjoy your stay in Barcelona.
    We would like to point out that the spa pool does not require a lifeguard by law and that the facilities are checked daily by our maintenance staff. The reimbursement that we have made is a detail that we wanted to have with you and that we are glad that you accepted willingly while you were in person at the hotel.
