I had a small billing query and pinged support, and within an hour they’d responded, explained things clearly and even followed up to check I was happy. That follow-up was the bit that made me smile, honestly. I’d say the price is fair for what you get; I didn’t feel ripped off, and if anything I’d pay the same again for the peace of mind.
