Three meals per week (not now)
We have used Hello Fresh for several months, initially we had the odd ingredient missing but lately the service has been much worse. We have had more missing ingredients, several missing recipe cards and delivery has also been an issue, (the latter may be out of the control of Hello Fresh?) Delivery times are often not as stated by the delivery agent and we have several damaged cases, the worst being very wet boxes with some of the contents sodden and ingredient bags being soggy and falling apart. I do not expect to have to contact the company to address missing ingredients and/or recipe cards, they should be better than this.
Having said all of the above the general quality of the food is good.
Will I return to hello Fresh? Not sure yet, definitely not if the service does not improve. I will continue to discuss these issues with other Hello Fresh users to see if it gets better.Family meal solution
As a mum who works and has two kids, with a husband who's always busy, I can't stress enough how much HelloFresh has been a game-changer for our family. Even though one of our kids is off at University, the three of us at home really benefit from the convenience and variety that HelloFresh brings to our dinner table. The recipes are super easy to follow, the ingredients are always fresh, and the meals taste amazing. It not only saves me time from going to the store, but it also takes away the headache of figuring out what to make every evening. The kids even started helping out in the kitchen when they realised how easy and fun it was. The portions are really generous, so we often have leftovers for lunch the next day. I can honestly say that HelloFresh has become a crucial part of our weekly routine, making family dinners stress-free and enjoyable.
Fresh Food Delivery
Fresh Food Delivery is really good. They always deliver on time and include everything I ask for. The food quality and recipes they provide are top-notch. One thing I would suggest is to add more prawns in each portion, as they could do with more.<br><br> One thing that bothers me is that when I forget to update my order, Fresh Food Delivery tends to pick a pasta dish and a veggie dish for me. I don't usually go for these types of meals. It would be great if they could improve their system to choose meals based on my past orders.
Meal kit delivery service review
I've had a really good experience with the meal kit delivery service. The meals always arrive on time and they leave them in a safe spot if I'm not in. The ingredients, especially the meat and fish, are top quality and the veggies are always fresh. Any small problems have been sorted out quickly by the customer service team. I really appreciate their help and fast replies. All in all, I've really liked using this meal kit delivery service.
Fresh food delivery
The food they deliver is always really fresh and good quality. But I've realised that the meat stuff has such a short best by date sometimes, not even 3 days after it's delivered. It's a bit annoying because it means I have less time to use everything up. Also, swapping out veggie products can be a pain. Like, swapping sugar snap peas for green beans doesn't taste or feel the same at all.
Meal delivery service, convenience, calorie control
I had a bit of a mixed experience with the meal delivery service. On one hand, it was great not to have to deal with going to the shops and being able to easily watch my calorie intake, but I was let down when I found some mouldy veg and empty packets in my delivery. I also found it a bit of a pain trying to change my delivery day to Thursday, only for it to go back to Saturday at my nearest box, which wasn't ideal.
The customer service was hit and miss - one chat was good, but another wasn't so great. Plus, there was a meal missing and another empty packet in my delivery. Overall, the food quality didn't quite hit the mark for me, and I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't get a free dessert because I didn't have the letter needed to prove the offer.Meal kit subscription experience
In general, I've had a good experience with the meal kit subscription service. Over the few months I've been a customer, there were a couple of times where items were missing from my boxes, but it didn't happen often. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of meals they offered, and I found trying new dishes quite enjoyable. So, if you fancy shaking up your meal routine, I'd suggest giving this service a go.
Great Idea
Hi ,don't know about others, but I liked this idea.
I tried it for two very first day .Affordable price at door step should must be appreciated. Of course this type of services can not be continued for all the days but quality and unseasonal items made me surprised .
Now, this is part of our weekend and some times on working days too.
5/ to 10 pounds for two to four is quite affordable.

Fresh ingredients, easy recipes
I've only just signed up recently and I must say, I am really impressed. The recipes I've picked so far have been tasty and simple to follow. The ingredients are top-notch and fresh, plus there's no wasted food which is a big plus for me. Calorie smart meal subscription
I had no idea that being on a diet could actually be so enjoyable! The meals I get from this subscription are just incredible. They're not only tasty, but they also make my life a lot simpler by removing the hassle of planning meals. I'm totally addicted to them and would definitely suggest them to anyone who wants to eat well without compromising on taste.
Initial skepticism proven wrong
I have to admit, I was a bit unsure when I first signed up, wasn't sure what to expect. But I was really pleased with the range of options they had. The ingredients are top-notch and I like not having to get extra stuff from the shops.

I had to cancel my subscription because I've been so busy lately, but I still got sent a box and they're asking me to pay for it.
Fresh meal kits
I was pleasantly surprised by the meal kits I ordered - they were absolutely delicious, packed full of flavour. Not one single dish let me down. Although, I did notice that sometimes the veggies weren't up to scratch. But even so, I love the ease and choice that these meal kits offer.
Recent meal kit purchase
I recently bought a meal kit that didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. The salad that came with it was all wilted, and the rocket was soggy and didn't smell very nice, probably because it got squashed in the delivery bag. One of the recipes they gave us also wasn't to my taste - the flavours just didn't seem to go together well, which left me wondering why it was included in the first place.
On the bright side, the basa dish we made was pretty good, even though the portions were a bit small. This has got us thinking that if we stick with this service, we might have to order some extra ingredients to bulk things up a bit.Tasty recipes, scheduling needs improvement
The recipes and meals I've tried have been absolutely delicious, giving me the chance to explore new and tasty dishes. But I've come across a problem with the way deliveries are scheduled. It's really frustrating not being able to just check a calendar and pick my delivery dates in advance. Having to log in every week to make sure I'm skipping meals I don't want or to avoid getting a surprise box is a bit of a hassle and adds unnecessary stress to my routine. I would really appreciate it if the delivery and scheduling system could be improved to make it easier and more efficient for us users.
Quick and easy recipes
I really like the recipes from this place, they're so simple to follow and taste delicious most of the time! However, it's a bit frustrating that the meat doesn't stay fresh for long enough, especially when I don't plan to cook right away. Also, there seems to be too much protein and not enough meat for two people - come on now! One more thing, the delivery service is terrible, they always leave my package outside where anyone could pinch it, definitely not safe. Get it together!
Food variety is great, disappointed with quality of green veg
I really like all the different food choices we get from using this service, it's great not having to think about what to eat every day. However, I was a bit disappointed with the green veg we got in this week's delivery. They didn't seem as fresh as what I could pick up at the nearby supermarket.
Convenient meal kit
I think HelloFresh is pretty good when you're feeling a bit disorganised, but it's not the best in terms of quality. The meat isn't the highest quality and the vegetables aren't super fresh. Also, you might have to rummage around in your cupboard for some random ingredients.

The food was alright but nothing special. The sauces were a bit strange and some of the fresh ingredients didn't last long. The delivery was a disaster - always arriving late and sometimes even leaving packages at the wrong house. The boxes they came in looked like they had been through a lot. The only upside was that the dinners were quick and easy to make during the week.
