Three meals per week (not now)
We have used Hello Fresh for several months, initially we had the odd ingredient missing but lately the service has been much worse. We have had more missing ingredients, several missing recipe cards and delivery has also been an issue, (the latter may be out of the control of Hello Fresh?) Delivery times are often not as stated by the delivery agent and we have several damaged cases, the worst being very wet boxes with some of the contents sodden and ingredient bags being soggy and falling apart. I do not expect to have to contact the company to address missing ingredients and/or recipe cards, they should be better than this.
Having said all of the above the general quality of the food is good.
Will I return to hello Fresh? Not sure yet, definitely not if the service does not improve. I will continue to discuss these issues with other Hello Fresh users to see if it gets better.

Now, this is part of our weekend and some times on working days too.
5/ to 10 pounds for two to four is quite affordable.

5 meal weekly delivery
I have been using Hello Fresh for over a year now and apart from the odd times that something has been missing it's been great.
Sadly since the COVID 19 pandemic I was identified as vulnerable medically.
To allow for this I updated my order from three meals a week to five.
Over this period of time I have come to know the delivery driver who drops off my box without fail every Monday.
On the Sunday I received my normal message to say my Hello Fresh box would be delivered on Monday.
Monday by around four o'clock I had not had a text or email so I thought I'd contact the delivery company. I was informed that although they had received an order for delivery they had not received the box.
Next stop Hello Fresh - having spent time trying to actually call them - impossible to find phone details on the site! I spoke to someone and explained the situation. They then went off to investigate and emailed me back to say that the delivery company had misplaced my box and that it would be dispatched for Tuesday or Wednesday.
Ten minutes later I received another email telling me that I would no longer be getting any delivery at all that week. I explained that I'm a vulnerable person and that I have been dependant on this weekly since the pandemic. Again I was told no nothing they could do about it - but they'd put the money they had taken from my account towards my delivery the following week.
I then asked for this to be escalated - only to be told they could do nothing to help me. Again I asked for it to be escalated.
At this point three different advisors sent me the exact same email saying they could do nothing to help me.
I wrote a final email on Tuesday virtually begging them to think outside the box in trying to get this resolved - guess what no response!
Having spent well over £2,500 over the past year with them, recommended others to them and been what I consider a loyal customer even prior to the pandemic - this is how they respond.
To say I'm disgusted is an understatement - I do wonder if their CEO Dominik Richter and Thomas Griesel approve of this customer service and if they use the so called service themselves would they have encountered the same indifference that I have just been through.
