Recent order experience
I recently ordered something online and it was a nightmare right from the beginning. The delivery company they used decided to send my package back without even trying to deliver it. I was really annoyed and got in touch with Armada Deals customer service through email to let them know how unhappy I was with the situation. I specifically asked them not to use that delivery company again. Surprisingly, they replied quickly and professionally, promising to resend my order with a different courier service. They kept their word and my package arrived on time and in perfect condition. It's a shame I had to go through all that trouble, but I have to say, Armada Deals did a great job in sorting out the problem so swiftly and efficiently.
Affordable outdoor furniture set
I recently bought a lovely outdoor furniture set from this company and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. It was a great deal, especially compared to other sets that are not as good but cost a lot more. Everything in the set fit together perfectly and I can't praise it enough. One thing I would suggest is to lay out all the parts first before you start putting it together. Even though some parts might look the same, they actually have to go in specific places. So, be careful with that.
Refund request
I made a bit of a blunder by ordering something with a delivery date ages away. When I got in touch for help, they kindly gave me the option of a £10 goodwill payment for the delay or a full refund. I went for the full refund, which was sorted out quickly. The customer service team was super fast at replying to my emails and really easy to work with. I'll definitely be returning to shop here again, knowing that their communication and service are really top-notch.
Heated gilet
I purchased this electric blanket/jacket type item and it arrived quite late, but it was really comfy and soft. I was looking forward to trying it on, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too small! I could barely even move in it, yikes. The good news is that the seller was very friendly and helpful, they even refunded my money so I could buy a larger size. Just a heads up, make sure to get a big battery pack for it because it doesn't come with one, oops!
DIY building kit
I bought this DIY building kit, but it had loads of problems. The instructions were all wrong, some parts were missing, and some bits were damaged. It was really annoying to spend ages putting it together, only to come across all these issues.
Patio set purchase
I bought a patio set and it actually came with a surprise - the cover arrived separately, which was quite annoying. Putting it all together took ages, but it was much quicker when we used our own screwdriver. Finally, it's all set up and looks great, definitely a good value for the money.
Cute wedge sandals
I came across these really cute wedge sandals (mules) on a website and I absolutely had to buy them. It was so simple to order them, like really easy. They arrived quite promptly as well, just as they promised in 7-10 days, and when they got here, they were all nicely packaged. I wasted no time trying them on and they fit like a glove! And the best part? They were such a great deal!
Patio Umbrella
I bought a patio umbrella which turned up pretty swiftly. But when I put it together, I found out that quite a few bits were missing, and it wasn't as good quality as I expected. So I dropped customer service an email, and after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, we came to a fair solution. On the whole, I'd give my experience 4 out of 5 stars.
Bike purchase
I bought a bike from Armada Deals not too long ago, and I was happy with how fast it arrived. Sadly, the bike had a problem soon after I got it. I got in touch with the seller and had to show them proof of the issue. Once I did that, they quickly sent me a new bike. I was really impressed by how well they looked after me after the sale.
Hooded blanket purchase
I recently bought a hooded blanket from an online shop, and I have to say I'm really impressed with how good it is. It's so soft and the embroidery is top-notch. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into making it, which makes it a perfect gift for a loved one or even just something nice for yourself.
Big shoes, postage paid
I got some shoes but they were way too big, totally my fault. When I tried to send them back, unfortunately the colour I wanted had sold out. But I have to say, the company had great communication, they were clear and super quick to reply.
Bedsheet set
The bed sheets I bought were really thin and felt like paper, not what I was hoping for. I wanted to send them back because they were see-through, but it took ages to hear back from the company. I found out they're actually based in China, even though their website made it seem like they were in the UK.
Rattan suite and BBQ
I recently received a lovely rattan furniture set and a fancy BBQ from a website. I was really looking forward to having these new items for our garden, but unfortunately, there were some issues when they arrived. One of the rattan chairs was damaged – it had cuts in the material and was very dirty, like it had been outside for a long time before being packed. The BBQ was a bit of a challenge to assemble. The instructions were unclear and some parts were not included, so we had to dismantle it and start over. Additionally, they provided us with the wrong screws! Despite all these problems, the products turned out to be good in the end.
Christmas gift order
I bought a Christmas present from this website, but it never arrived in the 7-10 day period they promised. Christmas is done now, so I got something else from somewhere else. And guess what? They're asking me to pay for the return postage, and they won't give me my money back until they have the item back. Seriously, that's not on! They obviously have no clue about the UK's consumer laws and who's responsible for making sure things arrive on time. I'm not going to just accept this, I'll fight for my rights until I get what's fair. I will never shop here again!
Office chair with great support and comfort
I bought this office chair and I was really pleased with how comfy and supportive it is. It's great that it's pink, and it's really helped with my aches and pains from sitting in other chairs for ages. I reckon it would be just as good, or even better, as a gaming chair.
Faulty Product Purchase
I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to tell you about the great customer service I received. I bought something that was faulty, but they were so quick to respond to my questions. They sorted out my refund and fixed the problem without any bother. I was really impressed.
Multiple items purchased, arrived separately
I bought a bunch of stuff from this company, but they came in separate shipments. I wanted to return some because they weren't right for me, so I filled out their online form to sort it out. But I didn't hear anything back, so now I'm down some cash. And to top it off, when they did get back to me, one person told me to send it back to a UK address, while another said to send it to China or take a 50% cut instead. It's been a total nightmare dealing with them, so I'd suggest steering clear of this company.
Barbecue purchase
I bought a barbecue from this company recently, but I haven't got round to checking out the quality yet so I can't really give you a review. Still, I think I got the product I was after at a really good price. Unfortunately, the delivery date was missed which was a bit disappointing, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service for help, I didn't really get anywhere.
Duck solar water feature
I bought a cute little solar water feature shaped like a duck from this company not long ago. The first one I got was actually damaged, but they were quick to send me a replacement which was nice. When it arrived, I was a bit surprised by how small it was, and even though it has a light, it didn't come with the attachment needed for it to work properly. Overall, I was pretty let down by the quality and how it functions. Based on what was described, it just didn't meet my expectations so I wouldn't really recommend it.
