Tread mill
I too am having no luck in getting the company to respond to my emails about a faulty treadmill. I am Supposed to be having the item collected today but no confirmation, no return label, no promise of refund. No number to call. I have taken a day off work, hoping they do come? I tried the "online chat: noone responds. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Appalling service. I am trying to return a faulty item and have received no advice o how to do this despite emails sent. They promise to respond within 24 hrs and if you are lucky to get a response it will be a general email but not answering your questions.
I would hesitate to use this company unless you are absolutely sure the product you offer is one you intend to keep
No phone numbers to call

I can confirm that our customer service is always ready to help customers. If you had contacted them via emails, they should have replied within 24 hours on weekdays. But sometimes emails might be sent to your Spam hoder or blocked. You could also send a message via Messenger then.
I need a confirmation email which i have not received fir my purchase on 27th july 2021 im getting no where with you
