Minerva is a fantastic place for all your sewing and crafting needs. I did find the website a bit tricky to use sometimes, particularly when looking for certain items. I recently got some varifocal lenses from Lenstore. It was handy to have them delivered to my home, but I was really disappointed with the service. Turns out, when my order arrived, the prescription for my right eye was wrong. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they could sort out the exchange no problem. But, after I returned the lenses, I found out that the warehouse hadn't even started processing my return yet. They told me it could take up to 21 working days. Waiting almost a month for a simple exchange is ridiculous, especially for an online service. So, needless to say, I won't be using Lenstore again.

Customer service, returns, refund process
Recently, I had a bit of a let-down with the customer service at this shop when I tried to return something for a refund. I paid £5 to send back the item, but the whole refund process was really slow and no one got back to me when I asked for updates. It ended up taking them 15 days from when they got the return to actually give me my money back, which I think is pretty poor, especially when we live in a time where everything can be done quickly online. This whole thing has made me unsure about shopping there again in the future.

AX ODYCY Stay
I stayed at the AX ODYCY recently and had a fantastic time! There were loads of sunbeds available, which was brilliant as I enjoy basking in the sun. The only downside was the lack of a large outdoor pool, but it didn't bother me much as I preferred heading to the beach. The Bugibba Bus Station was just a short walk away, but at times the buses were full when they arrived right outside the hotel. The sunsets near the hotel were stunning and only a 5-minute walk away. All in all, I had a great time during my stay!

I bought a rug from this company recently, and I have to say, it was a big let-down right from the start. The price was too high for what I received, and the quality was really not up to scratch. I felt like I could have found a better bargain elsewhere for the same item. I bought some radiators, radiator feet, and a wall stay from this site. The radiators took forever to get here, but they were good quality so it wasn't too bad. After that, I got the feet and wall stay, even though they were in stock, they took ages to arrive too. The quality of the feet was really bad considering the price. The wall stay was basically just a piece of metal and a nut, and for what I paid, it definitely felt like a rip-off. On top of that, it was poorly packaged - it was just taped to the outside of the box! Luckily, it didn't get damaged in the post. If you order from here, make sure to do it well in advance because it always takes the full 20 working days to arrive.

Language learning app after completing Duolingo
I've recently started using a language learning app after finishing all the lessons on Duolingo in German. I like how this new app has endless lessons so I can keep improving my language skills over time. However, I have to say that the Duolingo interface was much easier to use compared to this app. One downside of this app is that in some lessons you have to click on every letter of a word instead of typing it out for the program to recognise automatically, which really slows down the learning process. But even with this drawback, I'm glad to have this app as another resource to help me learn languages.

Efficient Service for Faulty Appliance
I recently had a problem with my appliance which broke down after only a year of using it. I had some issues with a different retailer before, but Tower Housewares was a welcome relief. I told them about my situation, explaining how the previous seller wasn't helpful and took ages to provide the necessary paperwork. Tower totally got where I was coming from and agreed to swap the faulty appliance as long as I showed them a photo that proved it was broken. The whole process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated that.<br><br>After just 3 days, my shiny new appliance arrived. I was thrilled with how fast they sorted everything out. As for the actual appliance, it's an amazing Airfryer. It's got loads of space and 3 shelves, so I hardly need to use my main oven, saving me loads on electricity. It's become essential in my kitchen, making cooking way simpler and more convenient.<br><br>One cool feature of this Airfryer is its rotisserie function. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but my friends who have the same one love it and say it works a treat. This appliance is so versatile, offering lots of cooking options to suit different tastes.<br><br>Overall, I'm really happy with the service I got from Tower Housewares. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that the appliance broke down within a year. I recently bought a leather handbag from this store and it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. I chose to have it shipped through the store's delivery service with Veho. However, there was a problem with the delivery because Veho said they left the bag in front of my apartment building, but when I checked, it wasn't there. So, I got in touch with Saks Off Fifth to let them know what had happened and how worried I was. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't help me and insisted the bag was actually delivered as promised, refusing to give me a refund. It really disappointed me and made me feel like the customer service from the store wasn't up to scratch.

Travel insurance claim
It's crazy to think that it took a whopping twenty two months for my travel insurance claim to finally get sorted out. The customer service was just so painfully slow, I mean, emails seemed to take forever to get a response. And when the claims department finally got in touch with me over a year later, they didn't even get my name right and were asking for all sorts of documents that had nothing to do with my case. And even after the Ombudsman gave their decision, they were still dragging their feet. Then, when they did eventually process the claim, they messed up my bank details which caused even more delays in me getting my compensation. It wasn't until almost two years after my holiday was meant to happen that I finally got paid out on 22 March. What an absolute nightmare, definitely steer clear of them at all costs.

I was posted to take over a branch of the organization I am working with which came with an official apartment. It came in form of promotion which I was really excited about. So I made purchases for materials and other aspects from Wilko, I'm glad to state in this review that in something barely above a week, the apartment was fixed to my taste. Parking at the National Theatre
I used YourParkingSpace to park at the National Theatre car park in Waterloo, London. The number plate recognition worked on arrival and exit, simply drove in and then straight out after my stay. The £8 advance booking price for all day parking is very good, more affordable than the train even once factoring in the cost of the congestion charge. I will book via this website in the future.
what a fiasco I booked parking on the 04/08/21 for 5 days, on the 26/08 2 days before we went I had an email to say that the booking had been cancelled and that they could offer me a alternative. well three emails later and phone calls to a number that is never answered I am still waiting for my alternative and reply. I have now had to re book with another company which has cost me much more. THANKS FOR NOTHING.
