Review about: My Health Checked
Vitamin D rapid test
My experience with the Vitamin D rapid test wasn't great. I struggled to take off the top of the tool to prick my finger, and when I finally managed it, the tool didn't work well. It just made a dent in my skin after many tries, even with a lot of pressure. I tried the second tool they gave me, but had the same problem getting the top off, and it ended up breaking, so I couldn't use it. I took the test kit back to Boots in Uxbridge because I couldn't do the test with these issues. I was also worried about accidentally using more than the two drops of testing fluid, as that might make the test results wrong. Having so many instructions, including a video, made the testing process take much longer than it needed to.

Subpar Subscription Experience
My time with this subscription service was really disappointing. I'd been a loyal subscriber for more than a year, but I was really let down by the sudden drop in quality and authenticity of the products I was getting. I complained about it and asked for my original order of sashes to be replaced, but no one seemed to listen to me. Even when I cancelled my subscription, they said they'd send a replacement for my last faulty order, but it never arrived. The lack of communication and follow-up from this company is just so frustrating. The products I got looked nothing like the pictures and tasted completely different. I'm starting to have serious doubts about the collagen content and quality of these products.

The courier, Evri, delivered it in mint condition, no damage at all, but the lack of contents made me think it was empty all along. Despite all this evidence in my initial email, the response I got was a letdown. The customer service person just asked if the order was damaged during delivery or if anything was missing, totally ignoring what I had already sent. My first time shopping at this online store was really disappointing. My son really wanted a coat from this brand for Christmas, so I decided to buy it. I chose to pay with Klarna, but that caused a lot of problems. Klarna took the money, but Kings Will Dream didn't seem to know about my order. I emailed them to ask about it, but they didn't reply at all. I even sent another email, but still got no response. Feeling frustrated and with no other option, I had to make a second order and pay upfront. When the coat arrived, I was so disappointed to see it was from Foot Asylum, not Kings Will Dream, and it was the wrong size. The lack of communication from their customer service team was really disappointing. With Christmas just around the corner, I now have to deal with returning the wrong coat and sorting things out with Klarna, as Kings Will Dream doesn't seem to be answering customer questions. It's really disheartening to have tried twice to get this coat and still not have a gift for my son, especially when it's all he asked for.

Weekend break at Sand le Mere
Just got back from a weekend trip to Sand le Mere, and honestly, it wasn't the best. We got a text saying the pool would be closed all weekend, but when we got there, turns out it was actually open on Sunday! No one told us. Things got so bad that a group of 4-5 guys in the car park started driving customers' cars to the field where they were stored. The police even showed up and advised people not to use this company because incidents like this happened every day, leaving us to hand over our cars to a mysterious place without knowing if they were insured. And to make matters worse, when my car finally turned up, they didn't even apologise - they just demanded the £6 parking fee. Absolutely shocking.

The one small suggestion I have is that they could maybe consider using smaller boxes for smaller items. For example, my sleeping bag and hiking boots could easily have fit into a smaller box than the one they were sent in.

Delayed delivery frustration
I'm really annoyed because my order from this company is delayed again. The tracking info says my parcel is stuck at the depot - and this isn't the first time it's happened. Before, when this has happened, I never got my stuff. I'm getting really worried about their delivery service. If this keeps happening, I might have to find somewhere else to buy my stuff from.

Not happy bunnies
We have just returned from hotel Caesius thermal in Bardolino, and have to say we were very disappointed with service! Firstly we received travel papers and itinerary was wrong, when we boarded coach at Hythe, two couples were booked on our seats and when we arrived at hotel and sat for evening meal, had to wait almost an hour and half for food, same the second day. The drivers did sort this issue out, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was fine but being vegetarian, didn’t get much food! Boxing Day,back to diabolical service, sat at 19.30 had the salad from the bar,and at 21.10 still had not had meal! To top it all I am diabetic and all this waiting caused a couple of low sugar events...and to make it worse on our feeder coach on our way home, other customers of yours had been to lake Como, fully inclusive for the same price and had loads of food and good fun..there was no Christmas atmosphere where we were, they even charge €5 for the water on table. Certainly will NEVER go back there!
