Last-minute airport transfer booking
I usually use Hoppa for my holiday transfers. However, when I recently booked a last-minute flight and tried to organize a transfer from the airport to my hotel with Hoppa, I ran into a problem. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the booking because it was less than 24 hours before the pick-up time. I get that the drivers face challenges when planning their routes, but it was disappointing not being able to use the service I rely on for safe and punctual transportation. Now I'm not sure which other company to use in similar situations, as Hoppa has always been my trusted choice for transfers. It's not Hoppa's fault, but I can't help feeling frustrated.
Airport transfer with friendly driver
Booking the airport transfer was really easy, and the texts they sent were so helpful. They sent us a link with all the details we needed, which made everything very straightforward. The driver who picked us up was really nice and made us feel welcome, which was a lovely way to start our holiday. The return journey was just as good, with the driver coming early, helping us with our bags, and even giving us some drinks. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish.
Airport transfer service
The airport transfer service from this company was brilliant! We were picked up on time by a minibus at the airport and taken straight to our hotel with no problems at all. The company kept in touch really well, sending emails and text messages with all the details for our return trip and pick up location a couple of days before. It made travelling really easy and stress-free. We'll definitely be booking with them again for our next trips.
Booking transportation via an easy-to-use mobile app
I've just used a transport booking app to arrange a ride for my next trip. It was really easy to use and showed me all the different prices for each type of travel. After I made my booking, I quickly got a confirmation email which was a relief knowing that everything was sorted. Now, I'm just waiting for another email with the pickup details, as they said they'd send it 7 days before my trip. It's all coming together nicely!
Airport transfer booking
I recently booked an airport transfer through a service, but unfortunately, the company assigned to pick us up didn't show up. Despite Hoppa's best efforts to contact them, we were left stranded at the airport in the middle of the night with no communication from the transport provider. It was really stressful, especially as we were in a foreign country and had no idea what to do next. In the end, we had to take matters into our own hands and make alternative arrangements to get to our accommodation.
Airport Transfers
I recently arranged for airport transfers to and from Prevesa. It all went really smoothly and hassle-free. The drivers were really friendly and efficient, especially Elizabeth who met us at the airport and showed us to our taxi. The journey back was also right on time. Getting SMS messages the day before each trip was also really useful. All in all, I was really happy with the service and would definitely suggest it to others.

The service we received from our driver, David, was absolutely amazing. He picked us up from Malaga Airport on time and made sure our journey to our destination was smooth and comfortable. The car was spotless and the whole experience was fantastic. We were really impressed with how professional and efficient the service was. We can't wait to have David drive us back on our return journey, we know it will be just as excellent.

The service we got from Hoppa was fantastic. Our flight was delayed really early in the morning, but the transfer was on time and super smooth. We only had to hang around for 15 minutes before we were off to Cala Dor, which was just right. I was really impressed with how easy it was to book and the prices were very fair. Honestly, I wouldn't think twice about booking with them again.

I booked a ride with this company pretty easily, but I didn't get an email confirming my booking. Then, when I tried to book another ride using my account, I had to put in my email and log in again halfway through. They should really improve this to make it easier for customers like me. Cheers!
Taxi transfer service
I've got to say, I've used this taxi transfer service quite a few times now and it's always been pretty good. The only slight issue is that every now and then, the transfer time can be a bit longer depending on where you're staying. But overall, I'd say it's a reliable and efficient service.

This service is really easy to use, with great prices and super reliable. I've used it in loads of different countries and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. It's honestly such a reliable and budget-friendly choice that I'd recommend to anyone travelling.
Multi-hotel transfer booking
It's a shame that the website doesn't make it easier to book transfers to multiple hotels in the same city. I recently had to book separate journeys to two different hotels in the same city, and it was quite inconvenient. It would be great if there was an option to book one journey to one hotel from the airport and then another journey from a different hotel back to the airport. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, as I've also experienced it when staying in two different towns in the Algarve. It's frustrating because plenty of people take multi-city and multi-hotel holidays, and it seems like a simple fix that the website should be able to provide.
Booking amendment for child seats
I've tried three times to change my booking to add child seats, but I haven't gotten any confirmation that the changes went through. Even though I told them the ages of the kids who need the seats, they're still charging extra for them. It worries me that if I hadn't checked, the driver might show up without the seats. The lack of communication and clarity is making me think about cancelling the booking completely.
Paid service, unable to refund
I had a bit of a frustrating time with this service provider recently. I paid for a service but had trouble using it and couldn't get my money back. The service was all done through a chatbot system, which just made things even more frustrating. When I tried to fix mistakes in my booking, it was a real struggle to get through to the chatbot. And even though I picked the 'Upgraded refund terms', they still hit me with a £14.39 cancellation fee. The whole thing made me feel like I'd been conned, so I'd recommend avoiding this service provider.

I used this service for a trip last year, and I must say I had a really smooth booking experience. They dropped me off and picked me up right outside my accommodation, which was super convenient.
Easy-to-follow instructions, clear questions on the request form
The questions on the request form were really clear, so it was easy to follow the whole process. The only downside was not being able to double-check if the right mobile number was given for contact details, which was a bit annoying.
Driver was so nice
The driver was really great! He sent us his location on WhatsApp so we could keep an eye on when he was arriving. It was so useful because he turned up early and we needed a hand with our bags.
