Review about: The Health Store Turkey
Gastric Sleeve
I'm Deborah from london, I contacted the The Heath Store Turkey early June 2023 for a gastric sleeve, I paid the deposit of £1,118.00 required through bank transfer to a UK business account (big mistake).
6 days before surgery i was randomly placed into a group chat with 4 individuals from THST including the CEO Nihal. I was told my operation which was booked for 11th had changed, i was told on 5th that they are no longer working with the surgeon who carries out all Bariatric Operation's the surgeon who they had worked with for the last 3-4 years, the surgeon in all their Bariatric videos (turkish man black hair in a ponytail seen prior to August 2023) i was told I will be operated at a different hospital by a different surgeon who will need to be supervised by another surgeon.
If this was you tell me what would you do?
I immediately requested a refund to which to date they have refused to give back to me.
They advised the surgeon which they worked with basically went rogue.
I have proof of all my WhatsApp messages with THST and there disgusting unprofessional bullying behaviour.
My advice will be if you choose to continue with this corrupt company to pay with a credit card that way you can file for a Section 75 when they mess you around like they did to me or contact and go to the surgeon direct.
I have reported this company to Trading Standards UK since the company I transfer the money to was UK based.
I hope this review or trading standards will make THST give me back my money, I came to you at a vulnerable time in my life where all other attempts had failed or reverted.
To anyone potentially looking for services with this company message me direct I will show you all my messages with them before you give them your hard earnt money.

Flowers
I ordered flowers as a birthday gift four days ahead of time - and these were the recommended bunch of the season costing £45.00. Not only did these not arrive, I didn't receive any tracking from the famously dreadful YODEL deliveries (why does ANYONE use this so called 'service') until a day late so I had no idea that these had not arrived. I phoned customer services at Waitrose who were defensive rather than helpful and kept saying there were 'operational problems' - which I really don't care about and aren't my problems. Not being warned there was an issue (customer services insisted that they were told all customers would be emailed about the problem - we weren't) meant that I did not have the option to cancel the order and get somewhere more local to sort this out, and as yet I have not been contacted but I want a full refund. No point in getting flowers on the wrong day and not what I had paid rather a lot for. What has happened to the once brilliant services provided by John Lewis and Waitrose. I no longer trust them and will never order from here again

Climaqx is my best store for my training equipment. I got all my training kits from Climaqx. Why? Because they sell quality and fashionable clothing and functional equipment needed for my training. Quite affordable and fast delivery. The clothing is made with the best fabric, high quality, nicely designed, and easy to wash fabrics. There is so much to write about Climaqx let me just sum it up with a five-star review. I have recommended the store to a lot of my friends. Some of them have gotten one or two products from the Store. Keep up the quality products. We won't stop patronising.

Absolutely Amazing Skincare
My first time using VILASA Boutique Skincare Products and it really made a difference to my skin, feeling cleaner and healthy. Absolutely amazing skincare!!! My skin is just glowing.
I placed an order yesterday morning and it arrived this morning!!! I can't believe this turnaround!!! My order got qualified for free delivery and was delivered by the courier. I actually really love them and get many compliments on my skin.
My uneven areas are now smooth, dry patches are hydrated, oily break out areas have cleared up. And I'm no longer self conscious of heading out without make up.

I ordered as it was an offer for £5 because I had purchased something else! I think it was fruity beer. I bought as a gift for my mum. I do not drink alcohol due to my medication. It seems I am now signed up, although I thought I was just getting an offer! To cancel I will have to ring a number on Monday. I am not hopeful that this will be straight forward! Mum did not like the beer. I now have the problem of sending the beer back, there is an immenent order arriving! For £24!! I should know better, nothing in life is for free!
