It looked like a disaster at first, but in the end they sorted it and the dress turned up on time, albeit after a lot of hassle. I ordered at the end of February for a birthday dinner on 21 March and by 24 March the status still showed processing — nothing shipped. I contacted them repeatedly (probably about nine different times) and one advisor, Dana, said on 3 March she'd flag it as urgent. Mostly I got polite automated replies saying they couldn't stop dispatch and to be patient, which felt a bit insulting. At one point they suggested I choose another item from the site — not helpful when you've planned something in advance. I've had better responses from smaller retailers, so I was sceptical their promises meant much. After pressing and escalating it, they did finally expedite the order and it arrived just before the event. Not ideal — their delivery estimates need updating and the customer service felt patchy — but it did end up working out. I'll think twice next time.
Late parcel, poor answers
I ordered a dress at the end of January for a birthday do at the end of February and paid straight away, thinking it would be routine. The website promised a few days to process and about a week or so to reach me in the UK, so I wasn’t worried — until the tracking never updated. By the time the event rolled around I still had no proper shipping info, only boilerplate replies from an AI chat that sounded polite but told me nothing useful. I ended up rushing to buy another outfit because I couldn’t gamble on it turning up, which was annoying and a waste of time and money. In the end, a real person did ring me back — surprisingly human and apologetic — and offered some compensation, but that only came after the fact and didn’t change the fact I’d missed my event. The parcel eventually arrived late and, to my surprise, the fabric was nicer than the photos suggested, which was the one bright spot. Overall, it felt like poor communication and flaky delivery planning. If you need something for a specific date, don’t rely on this seller unless you’re prepared for delays and a lot of chasing.
