Halfway through a bowl of cereal I checked the app — that's when the headache started. I signed up for this to earn a bit of pocket money for milk and the bus, was sceptical at first, thought 'oh well', but gave it a go. At the start things looked normal, tasks ticked off, balance creeping up, but then I couldn't redeem anything. Tasks showed complete but no funds arrived. I've messaged support, fiddled with settings, tried again — still nothing. It's annoying because I actually used it daily, but now I'm wary. Not the smooth experience I hoped for, honestly.
Not what I expected
games, short quizzes and surveys that don’t feel like a scam. The payouts are in plain dollars, not weird points, so you can see what you’ll actually get. I had a wobble when a cashout looked delayed; messaged support, they replied straight away and honestly, gave a clear day it would arrive — and it did. Delivery was on time after that, which impressed me. Rates aren’t mind-blowing but fair for the effort. Small gripe: a cleaner history screen would help. If you’re cautious like me, give it a couple of weeks before deciding.
