Online money transfer service
The platform's interface is really easy to use, so it's simple to move money around. However, I do think it would be helpful to have a feature that shows me which accounts I've put money into. It would make everything more clear and help me keep tabs on my transactions. The service is good and gets the job done, but it could do with some improvements when it comes to seeing all my accounts.
Mistaken dual transfers
I recently had a frustrating experience with the platform. I accidentally sent money to a discontinued IBAN and struggled to rectify the mistake. It took a significant amount of time to sort out the issue, causing confusion. Two transfers showed up in my account, with only slightly different amounts due to changing exchange rates making them distinguishable. It would have been helpful if the transfers had dates or a sequence to differentiate them. Plus, having the IBAN displayed would have been extremely useful in this scenario.

But recently, I've come across an issue with the limits on overseas ATMs. The new limit of €200 per month is just too low, especially in countries where cash is still widely used instead of card payments. It would really help if the company could rethink this limit to better cater to customers in places where cash is still king.
