Headboard delivery
The service Just Headboards provide is abysmal - they do not respond to any emails I sent - the only way i received a response was via their chatline some 5 hours after sending the email. My order was placed 9 days ago and delivery to me was to be expected to be within 5/10 working days. I was eventually told today, with no reasons given for the delay or lack of contact, that they expect my order to arrive at their depot next Wednesday (some 16 days after the order was placed) only then will logistics notify me when the actual item will eventually be delivered to me. This is not the sort of service I would recommend to anyone. Very, very poor. Incidentally they were very quick and efficient when taking the money from my bank account - perhaps they should apply the same speed and efficiency when dealing with their customers requirements.
After Our headboard was delivered it was the wrong size our headboard was delivered to the wrong person but no explanation when it would be picked up and our delivered!
Also having a lot of trouble getting any response from Just Headboards. No confirmation of delivery, although order made 2 weeks ago. Rang company who said they would send email- still nothing received. Very poor and I feel like cancelling the order.
