Hot Chocolate
Horrible dirt Hot chocolate.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. I wish I never got the 1st free trial because now I'm stuck for 6 months paying £15 for hot chocolate that tastes and smells like dirt. My fault I didn't read to policy about cancelling the product but for a university student who is struggling with money I was pulled in by a promotion on Instagram. Never again am I listening to anyone who is promoting this product who has most likely never tried it themselves and got paid a load of money to scam young people. Now I'm stuck and they won't let me cancel.Hi guys I’m in the exact same situation. I have £15 comign out my account twice a month now and I too am also struggling with money due to covid 19. But the owner Gemma baker said I can’t cancel because of their policy. I’ve seen some reviews elsewhere where people contacted their bank to get out of it. Has anyone had any experience of this? Awful company ;(
I never even recieved my trial pack, i have cancelled my bank card & now keep getting emails saying payment couldn't be made, but they won't give me a contact number to call them to discuss which straight away alarm bells ringing as any reputable company would have a phone number. I have now reported to action fraud who from what i have told them they said sounds like a fraud website!
Have you managed to get out of this ? I’ve got myself in the same situation !
