their recent updates and one helpful chat with support smoothed out a lot of confusion. I'm not impressed by the pricing. Still, the interface is clean and some signals are useful if you don't follow them blindly. So I'm cautious but slightly reassured now. Not perfect. Worth a try, but caveat emptor.
Thought this would sort me out
Halfway through the trial I remember thinking “oh no, not again” — I was already juggling a new job and needed something to take the pressure off my portfolio, so I signed up despite nagging doubts. Those doubts didn’t disappear. The news feed was alright, sure, but you can read all that for free elsewhere. The so-called AI trading tools barely did anything useful; sometimes they felt like random tips rather than real analysis. Support was slow, often silent, and once I paid it felt like they’d washed their hands of me. I did try a quiet market day like they suggested and still didn’t get much. Disappointing, really. If you’ve been burned before like I have, don’t expect miracles here — try something else first.
Slick dashboard, shaky smarts
gorgeous interface, made me feel clever for five minutes. Then I paid extra for the earnings predictor and, annoyingly, it missed more than it hit. The chat-style options helper sometimes couldn’t even fetch correct prices and would confidently invent numbers — half the time, it seemed. On the plus side the technical indicators behaved as expected, so for simple charting it’s fine. Overall I’m a bit peeved about the upsells and dodgy AI, but I keep it around for the pretty charts when I don’t need reliable forecasts.
