    Slow credits, reasonable support

I kept the account because I’d earned a few vouchers before. Lately the site feels clunky though. You do a survey, spend ages on it, and then at the end you’re told you don’t qualify. It’s frustrating. Even worse, points took ages to appear after a successful survey. I raised it with customer service. I was sceptical — other firms have left me hanging — but their replies were fairly prompt this time and they fixed my balance within a couple of working days. So I’m still on the fence. Delivery of rewards is slow and that’s annoying. Service redeemed itself a bit. I might stick around, but only for now.

    Bit of a turnaround

There I was, halfway through a long questionnaire, thinking I'd be screened out again — and then the payout hit my account. I’d joined years ago for a bit of extra cash after a stressful house move, and recent site redesign had been clumsy; too many surveys fizzled out, lots of time wasted. So I wasn't expecting much. That moment — the confirmation email and the small but prompt payment — made me breathe out. Support had been straight and efficient about one cancelled study, which surprised me. Not flawless, and I still lose time sometimes, but enough to keep me logging in.

Slow drip of trust, then gone

a couple of surveys a month, some product tests, slowly building up points felt fair. I even cashed out a decent chunk in 2021 and thought, right, this works. But over time the balance of trust shifted back the other way. Surveys became rare, links were clunky or timed out, and I’d often be told I didn’t qualify after waiting ages for a page to load. It’s the kind of thing that grinds on you, because you end up feeling like you’ve done the work but haven’t got the reward. Then I discovered they had quietly removed points from my balance for inactivity over 12 months — no clear heads-up, no proper notice. That felt like a breach of trust, frankly. I cashed out the small amount left because I didn’t want more to vanish later. So my original worry about reliability was never fully put to rest; it came back stronger. My tip for anyone considering it: don’t let points sit, withdraw as soon as you can, and keep records of your balances. I’d hoped they’d improve and be more transparent, but that didn’t happen for me. Bit of sadness there, and annoyance too, but at least I learned not to rely on this as a steady little earner. If you value your time, be cautious.

Points gone, but I got a clear path forward

the site is clunky, replies feel templated, and you can tell the same signature gets used a lot, which is irritating. Service was slow and at times dismissive, and yes, the whole episode cost me time and stress over what was, in cash terms, maybe £40–£60. Still, having a clear complaint trail and a realistic next step (formal letter, cc’ing the regulator) was the moment I thought, “Right — this will be sorted or at least tested properly.” So while I wouldn’t call the experience smooth, and I’m wary of the platform’s admin practices, I’d say it does the job for earning small rewards — just be careful with the fine print and keep records if you rely on it for anything you actually value.

Worth it, but a bit of a faff

rewards show up fast and the cashing-in process has been smooth every time, no drama, which I appreciate. It's nice when something small actually works how it says it will. Now, the annoying bits. The surveys can be painfully repetitive; they’ve got this habit of asking the same question in a dozen slightly different ways, or they’ll ask you to pick how many you'd buy if it was your first time — but that answer totally depends on context, right? If I’d read a stack of good reviews I’d buy loads, but if I’ve never tried it I’d buy one, or none, or wait till it’s on offer. There's often no option that fits, and I find myself clicking the closest one and thinking "that’s not what I meant." Lately they’ve been piling on extra tasks — multiple products to review in one go, and then asking you to type out the benefits even though they already list them. It feels like more time for the same pay, which is a bit galling. Still, despite the faff and the occasional daft question, I’m grateful it’s been consistent when it counts. Small earnings, quick payouts, and no hassle at redemption made me actually recommend it — so while I grumble about the survey design, I’m glad I gave it a go and it didn’t turn out to be a waste of time.
